Flint Kitchen, Market & Bar is a restaurant that offers delicious food and good coffee. The menu includes non-dairy options, and dietary restrictions are accommodated. Their potatoes are crispy and satisfying. The bowl, served during lunch time, is a highlight, especially the tofu which is crispy, flavorful, and juicy. The mac and cheese is also impressive. However, the rice is stored in a plastic container which might make it soggy. The desserts, such as the apple pastry and bacon quiche, are huge in portion and amazing in taste. The paninis used to be a favorite, but the menu has been revamped with new items to try. The chicken curry bowl is recommended for its good flavor and suitability for lunch. The staff is abundant, indicating a flourishing business.
