The food is good! But this place gets 0 stars if I could because the customer service is always horrible. The only reason I continue to give my business here is the good wings, but other than that I hesitate ordering from this location because the staff is so rude. They aren’t friendly at all, it’s like a bother when you call or come into place/pick up your order. I’ve been coming to this specific place for about a year ever since my kid goes to college around here. The staff is amazing and the WINGS that they cook are to die for. Well done cooked and the way they add the spicy bbq ?. Now I have to wait a couple months to come back!! So worth it though

Was picking up 2 door-dash orders and the boxes were stacked in a very odd and confusing manner, so I asked the owner, Mary which boxes were for whom and she told me I'd "better not mess this up" and the "drivers always mess everything up" and proceeded to give me unwarranted attitude.Ironically, she messed up the names on the order making the delivery more difficult than it should've been.Absolutely terrible, and irredeemable individual and given the recent news as to her condition,...read full review
