I walked into this Starbucks at 6:15pm on a Monday night because I needed something to keep me awake (but not too hyper) while waiting in my car for my husband who was in the Buffalo General ER. The handsome gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) and the beautiful woman (Athena) were so kind to offer me a suggestion on what coffee to order and then proceeded to give me the coffee at no charge after hearing my husband was in the ER. Pretty busy & they got through the long line fast. The only problem I had was that I ordered 2 hot chocolates, and they were both completely without flavor. There was barely any mix in with the water.
