Wendy's in Buffalo

“My 4 for 4 was just what I needed. Nuggets were fresh and crispy, my jr bacon cheeseburger was on point and delicious, as well as my fresh fries. I haven’t had good food in weeks since I’ve been traveling and this Wendy’s literally saved me, literally. I don’t normally recommend fast food but this Wendy’s would make Wendy proud lol!“

“I literally have such good service i religiously come in around 10:30 and they know my order by heart when I forget to say just mayo on my burger they're like ummm are you sure you want that lettuce and tomato on there lol thank you guy's I appreciate your service and please go work for this manager she is super nice if i didn't have a job I'd be putting in an application.“

“I ordered baconator fries from drive thru I pulled over to eat my lunch and found they were cold and soggy. I brought them inside and they exchanged them for me no questions asked. The guy working fry station even apologized! I'm very satisfied they made it right.“

“They are prob the top place out of the mainstream big 3 fast food places. Wide variety of menu items, food is food, mobile app experience is nice, my only complaint ever would be some of the workers at most of the locations, they hate their jobs and it’s evident and it usually feels like they’re taking out that anger on you, management included…“

“I don't expect the world with fast food. Just a reasonable quality of food and if there's a wait, communication of that time. That's about it.

I've never had an issue with the time. Food quality is alright, again it's fast food.

For fast food as a location it's 5/5, It meets expectations and I've had seldom to rare issues with quality. The food itself is a 2 on a bad day 4 on a good. The service has always been reasonable and the wait times are also reasonable based on traffic and time of day.“

“Definitely a good Wendy's location. hot and crispy (and well salted) fries, actual burger was great and they don't skimp on the sauce. good staff and good environment. only issue was the dining area was kinda messy but I visited during a rush so I assume they just didn't have enough staff to keep up at the time. that said, food being hot, fresh, and out fast (around 5 min) was great!!“
