Wendy's in Buffalo

“Love the food and I grew up going to Wendy's with my family and the employees are very nice during the hours of 10:30 to maybe until 4pm after 7pm the night employees are not so nice also I recommend this restaurant to eat at for lunch and dinner.“

“I literally have such good service i religiously come in around 10:30 and they know my order by heart when I forget to say just mayo on my burger they're like ummm are you sure you want that lettuce and tomato on there lol thank you guy's I appreciate your service and please go work for this manager she is super nice if i didn't have a job I'd be putting in an application.“

“I ordered baconator fries from drive thru I pulled over to eat my lunch and found they were cold and soggy. I brought them inside and they exchanged them for me no questions asked. The guy working fry station even apologized! I'm very satisfied they made it right.“

“They are prob the top place out of the mainstream big 3 fast food places. Wide variety of menu items, food is food, mobile app experience is nice, my only complaint ever would be some of the workers at most of the locations, they hate their jobs and it’s evident and it usually feels like they’re taking out that anger on you, management included…“

“Chocolate frosty and a fry. Solid Choice for the evening. The line was extremely long and I think all of north buffalo wanted Wendy’s that night. But the kids behind the window did good. My frosty was leaking. My fries were hot and salted to perfection. And I got to people watch the guy behind me in line pick his nose for loose change for 20 minutes. T.G.I.F“

“Overall good place to get a quick bite. Service is terrible. Drive thru line is always a forever wait. And even tho it says open till 3am they will not serve late night customers. Went there at 1am and got told they was only doing door dash orders. They really need older staff cause those young’s kids are not it.“
