“I’ve been eyeing this small business main location in Baldwinsville for about 2 years. They opened a satellite location diagonal from my massage office. I finally went in today because I needed sweets and nothing would satisfy me until I got my sweets. They had a huge variety of cupcakes and desserts and offer ice cream in the summer I was torn between ice cream or a cupcake… well guess what they offer a deal with both!!!! Not only was my treat absolutely delicious the young girl who helped me and the older woman (I’m assuming the owner) were so kind! I literally could not decide what I wanted there was so many options and the girl helping was patient with me trying to decide. Luckily I wasn’t holding up any other customers. If you haven’t tried them yet, I recommend you do! I was worried being a small bakery that prices would be a bit higher than a chain, but prices were so affordable! I 💯 will be back in there!“

“Best experience! I have always had issues with other places when trying to place large food orders for my kids’ birthday parties. I only chose Byrne Dairy because it was close to my venue. I was very anxious about what problems would arise per my past troubles. Everything was perfect. Food was ready on time exactly as I ordered it. “Listen, if we could give them 1000 stars we would. They know us by name, Bill and Amanda. We pick up 8 half gallons (aka "everybody) every couple of weeks, sometimes more. I'm not gonna get into specifics as to why we would give them more stars than Google allows because they do things specifically just for us and I dont want to cause an uproar lol. Just know from the owner (in fact, he happen to be there one day talking to us and he went out of his way to make sure we get taken care of everytime we go in there and it's frequently) right down to the everyday staff are absolutely amazing. In our world, it's the little things that make us happy, specifically cold stone ice cream. It's our mom and dad treat after the kiddos go to bed. Our one treat that we can call our own haha. We put in a movie or put on our favorite show and indulge. They have really gone out of there way to show us what true great customer service is. They've done things most places would call "too much". Just this past Sunday, they yet again did something most places wouldn't do just to make sure we got our order, got it when we wanted it and when it was convenient for us to get it. Again, all I can say is no other business I've done business with has done the things they have for us to go above and beyond the "duty" of customer service. We appreciate each and every person that works there. We've never had one bad experience. Not one. They've always stuck by there word and then some. You take care of us and we take care of you. Thanks for all that you do for us. It certainly doesn't go unnoticed. Please don't ever leave this area because we would be heartbroken. Lol“
