“No complaints… Great service and some of the only homemade ice cream in the area. Run by a great family and they are usually open early spring to November-ish. They have a wide variety of soft-serve, hard ice cream, slushies, sundaes, and non-dairy options. If you get there in the fall, would highly recommend the Apple Crisp ice cream. The butter pecan, vanilla, and strawberry are solid too. It’s a Syracuse classic for a reason! 😁“

“I had an amazing experience at Crumbl! I was in a bit of a pinch trying to put together a large order, and the manager, Dion, went above and beyond to help me out. She was incredibly helpful, generous, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Not only was the service top-notch, but the conversation and overall atmosphere were just as great. Everyone on the team was friendly, welcoming, and clearly cared about making sure I had a great experience.

“Fatima squared was chill. They harassed me but at least the icecream was good. I could tell that Shakira was the head honcho because she asserted her dominance by throwing ice cream at me. I didnt particularly enjoy it when Fatima squared smeared ice cream all over my face and declared that shes the manager of this establishment. I think upper management should give them a raise.“
