For a new establishment I guess I was expecting a bit more … maybe ask if we had been there before? Check back to see how our food was( it was outstanding), we got more help from the water girl Had to ask to clear table. Had to ask for check from the water girl? The server had much support. Seems she took our order and disappeared. But the server assistants were on point. Dinner was really good. We will go back… because of the food. Even the manager walked pasted us a dozen times. There were 6 tables.. perfect time for manager to mingle… just saying. Place is very nice, great menu too. Just left feeling ignored. Nice music too. Maybe the server was having a bad day? “Hungry looking around for a place not too pricey to have a quick made me come across this little Mexican restaurant.
Nice atmosphere with Banda music which is classic to Mexican restaurants (I don't mind it as long as it's not too loud)
Our waiter was a kind gentleman. He could've been a tad more attentive in refilling chips or just give updates from the kitchen but, I'm not really bothered.
Food was delicious it just took a good minute for us to get it.
Things to note: no parking, they charge extra for paying with a card.
Overall, I will probably come back. Just because new York is too large to explore. You really need to make a good impression to have repeat customers without seeing other options first.“

“This place was so good my family enjoyed it so much and they move fast to get you your food. they made sure we where ok and loved everything. the bathrooms where also very nice inside. I recommend taking a little dookie in there. Overall I love this place and will come again.

“So I only gave it a four, because even though they have some quesadillas that are made or corn like it is done traditionally they do sell a lot of Tex Mex style dishes . Their tacos of carnitas are pretty good. But I tried also their Al pastor tacos and they were a little bland. The sauces were awesome!“

“We came here on a thurs even around 6pm...Was pretty crowded but got a table in the middle..The sound level is pretty high at 3/4 capacity but somehow you seem to flow with it because of the atmosphere... People enjoying good mex food are more enjoyable to be around for some reason..anyway...lighting as with most place is difficult to read menu but once the order was in,alot of fun...I noticed the food to be very FRESH...I immediately tasted that in the beans on my Mexican special and the Flautas,chimichanga etc were all delicious stuffed and perfectly cooked!..Fajita steak was so nicely marinated and charred but med inside..Perfect!..Wait staff were all very pleasant....I enjoyed my visit and will defin visit during a slow day,maybe lunch for a lil more quiet....“

“Have ordered many times from Ole’s. The food is delicious and service friendly and warm. Today, decided to eat in so we could try the nachos crispy and warm in the store. They were amazing!!! The other items were also great, my kids loved all of it. At the end, we had a chance to meet one of the owners, Manny. He was very friendly and warm, chatted with my boys and then surprised them with a warm churro. Needless to say, we’ll be coming back even more frequently now. Yum yum yum.“

“I brought the family here for dinner on Saturday. The place was peaceful and the food was excellent. Everyone cleaned their plates. Had some issues with the service, but the owner fixed it and everything else was great!

Parking: Free parking in the back lot. Enter the restaurant through the rear, which is a nice entrance.“

From the minute you walk in the door , you are greeted & treated with absolutely nothing but great energy . A first timer , the employees there made sure i got the full experience Taco Express has to offer with excitement . The food is just as great as the service . “This was a genuinely positive experience. This was the best mexican cuisine I've had in a while and the prices were amazing. I got a carne asada bowl for $14 that was large enough for dinner and lunch. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to because of how small the establishment is. The service is great and they genuinely deserve more business for the cuisine they offer at the price they offer. Significantly better than competitors (chipotle, qdoba) at the same, if not lower, price!

Parking: Side of the building in the shopping strip, usually open and not busy. Several free lots around if parking isn't available- all in walking distance.“

“#1 most important thing for me is cleanliness if i dont see them using gloves or if they operate the register then serve you the food thats a big no no for me. But none of that was going on they are clean! They have lime and steak, pretty good little spicy. I get the cilantro rice in a bowl 🥣 with toppings extra cilantro steak and some chicken. You know I need me some protein. Children meal includes juicy box and 2 adult bowls like 30 bucks split the boll and you have an awesome deal, lol. Lines are short but when it gets busy it moves fast. Can't tell you the condition of the bathrooms, though never had to use them. You can dine outside they play music . It's safe area and when your done you can hit up Starbucks, it works out. Good management I'm sure.“
