“I just picked up a Wagyu burger on gluten-free bread. It literally is the best burger I have ever had in my whole life. The taste, the consistency, everything is perfect. Their french fries were so good too. All this being said I even got it take out and it was still excellent. I’ll be back for another Wagyu burger“
“I think everything is delicious & wonderful! The service & people are super! I think your hours are fine. I love your English muffins and bagels, especially at 12pm for lunch! I quite often eat a bagel or English muffin for lunch & know lots of people that do also. I’d say it’s quite normal. I appreciate and respect you being closed on Christmas Eve. I think that’s wonderful that you let your employees spend Christmas Eve with their families. That says a lot about you as a business owner, you are very respectable. I would work for you in a heartbeat! I understand you requiring preorders & not having things for walk ins, that makes complete sense. Why would you want things sitting around that you might not sell and then have to be wasteful and throw it away?? Gauging & judging what you’ll need during the holidays must be hard, it’s so unpredictable. All businesses (especially small businesses) are struggling from pandemic/covid fallout with staffing, resources, supply chain etc…. Nothing has returned to a business as usual kind of status or what you’d call “normal” . Everything has changed. Thank you for not opening too early, I live about 30 minutes away so it gives me a chance to get there before you sell everything!!?And yes, I work too but figure it out and make it work. I believe it’s called “life”. You have created a fine business, so just keep on keeping on and do what you do! I will always make my schedule work with your hours so I can enjoy your wonderful breads and treats!!! Thank you for being there and providing so many fantastic items for the customer, absolutely terrific and worth figuring it out to make it work since you can’t accommodate everyone, of course. “I live here in Fayetteville New York at Towne Center Resort Lifestyle Communities and heard many residents ordering from this amazing Home Bakery. I wanted a baseball themed cake to bring to my grandchildren hours away and I must say that I was stunned! The cake was beautifully decorated with caramel popcorn and peanuts along with a baseball diamond on top. EVERYTHING was edible and the use of creating such a well finished looking cake without fondant was unbelievable. Even after traveling a day with the cake it tasted amazing and the decorations with held all the bumps along the way. I would highly and mean HIGHLY RECOMMEND this baker for any event you have coming up, big or small! Thank You, I WILL be ordering again soon.“
“We ordered a cake from Mrs Kelder’s cake for our gender reveal, and it was perfect! Mrs Kelder was so kind and accommodating, and very responsive with all of our questions. She even let us come in an hour before the bakery opened on Saturday to pick up the cake. I told her that she could put whatever decorations she wanted on the cake, and while I was expecting something simple, she gave us an absolutely stunning, adorable and perfect cake. She put so much detail and creativity into the design. It was so delicious too! I will definitely be ordering from here again!“
“When I tell you this is the BEST bakery I’ve ever been to, I really mean it! I was in town for 6 weeks for fertility treatments, and I think we came to this bakery every other day for pastries and bread. I would drive the 17 hours again in a heartbeat for a loaf of their sourdough bread! I also loved their danishes and mini pies!“
