“Got stuck waiting for Lirr, I called by the station 10:30 and the manager Steve politely reassured me that they could serve full dining for 1. 5min later walked in and Steve greeted me with a warm welcome like we were old friends (i’m not from NY lol). the bar by the entry felt inviting but modern and Nyan the bartender picked a great cocktail for me to start as i viewed the menu options. i decided on ordering from the grill selection so was promptly sat at a table booth where Anthony my server helped me select the perfect blend of options and also informed me of happy hour deals for the night.
halfway through my great dining service experience with Anthony, Steve made sure to stop by and check in on me which i appreciated as this was a group night out type of spot and eased my worries coming solo.
Kimchi was fresh-Kalbi was well marinated and grilled for me, and i enjoyed each side dish and veggie options that came with the ayce option! Service and venue 10/10 price2foodquailty 9.8/10!“

“We tried the Meat Candy Charcuterie with burnt ends, beef bacon, and pastrami, the Tropical Goblets with short rib, and a half pound of brisket. Everything was flavorful and cooked just right. “Located in front of Paris Baguette, the BBQ truck has some of the best skewers I've ever tried. They transport you to the heart of Xinjiang with its local flavors, grilled in front of you. My two favorites were the lamb and beef skewers, and the chicken skewers were also very delicious.“

Next up were the House Pickles – sweet, vinegary, and unexpectedly tasty. Who knew pickles could be this good? “This was my first experience dining at a Korean BBQ venue. There is plenty of variety between the buffet choices for the hot pot soup and the BBQ grill and the sides. I really enjoyed the hot pot soup I’m not a fan of cooking/grilling my food at a restaurant. Armando the server went above and beyond to explain and tend to us.“

“We've been coming here for the past three years. My favorite dish is the honey lemon pepper wings with the truffle fries. Oscar makes the best wings! Hot, crispy and well-seasoned. We've tried just about all of the menu items to include the mac and cheese, yams, collard greens, brisket, burgers, Sweet Tai chili wings, ribs and the chicken and shrimp combo. My favorite is the honey lemon pepper wings with a Blue Mai Tai. Their hours during the winter are iffy, but when they are there, it's always a good time. Music is great and the sound is crisp, never too loud. Staff is friendly and the owner always comes out to chat with us. Prices are on par with the rest of the restaurants on the Mile.“

After one or two skewers you will find yourself hungry for more. “So I will say I was skeptical. As a southerner we often think there's no good barbecue outside of the South. However I was pleasantly surprised with this spot! The ribs were fall off the bone tender. As a bit of a BBQ enthusiast I tend to avoid cooking mine that way but I must say the ribs here are good and the sauce was tasty! The Owner (I assume) was very pleasant, and it was great exchange while I waited. He gave me a whole heap of ribs and could barely close the container!! Service was prompt and I would definitely recommend this as a stop for lunch if you're in the area! Just make sure you bring your appetite!“
