“If you’re not ordering from here you’re wrong. I was looking in DoorDash for souvlaki one night to be delivered to work and came upon Mr. Greek. Salad was HUGE for the price and the feta and Greek dressing mixed in with the fresh an crisp greens was everything I needed. Since then I’ve ordered from here twice a week. I’ve done the gyro wrap, chicken souvlaki wrap, and multiple souvlaki salads both beef and chicken. There is nowhere else in the WNY area that does it better. I’ve ordered souvlaki from as many places as you can name in the area. Nothing touches Mr. Greek. A cool little mom and pop shop with only like 2 tables and chairs. Mostly they are a to go order kind of place. Service has always been stellar when I stop in and the atmosphere gives off NYC vibes with all the neon signs. You can’t get a bad meal here I highly recommend checking them out!! Sorry I would’ve taken a picture of tonight’s souvlaki wrap but I inhaled it. So good. My new favorite place!“

“Growing up in south Buffalo Texas hots was a staple for the neighborhood and since it’s random closing Jimmys is the only place that has a special sauce not only close to them but better. The employees and atmosphere of the business is genuine, welcoming and overall a very good experience. Truly happy to have found Jimmys and can’t wait to go back!“

“I've only had a handful of poor experiences here since the day they opened the (original) restaurant. I ordered the tuna sandwich as a melt, never had an issue before. this time, they (Tiffany) told me since I asked for it as a melt it would be $3.75 for a piece of lettuce on it, and another $3.75 for a tomato slice on each half of the melt. Both of which come on the tuna sandwich which is what's on the menu. (One would think they would only charge for the cheese, since it was asked for as a melt) The greek potatoes were over cooked mush, and I ended up taking them home, only to throw them out. Disappointing overall experience.“

“Good evening! I could not go to bed tonight without acknowledging the fabulous service my two friends and I received at the Acropolis on Main Street. Our server Anthony C was outstanding! All three of us commented that we could not remember a time where we had such an attentive server that was also entertaining and gracious. You are blessed and lucky to have some like him on your team. We do a monthly dinner on Main Street and are already planning on coming back to Acropolis for our September dinner (if we can find out when Anthony C is working!) “Tried the Olympic Restaurant once. Our subsequent visits were explorations of a treasure trove! The Golden desert from the trifol on the table (could not find it on the menu) became our raison d'etre at the Olympic. We will open new explorations when we return next Summer.“

“The fish dinner was awful.Very very nasty.The fish was fried hard on the outside and it was mushy on the inside.The fries were nasty too as if they were fried in grease that wasn't hot then taken out until the grease got hot,then put back in.In the past the fish was delicious.So I bragged to my house guest about the fish,only to be disappointed.So my guess is they hired a new cook.The Cole slaw was good though.I took one bite of the fish and fries and threw the dinner out.So did my house guess.It was a waste of my money.I will never order a fish dinner from here again.“

“My go to for breakfast is usually Kostas or Bertha's but Akis has made it's way into the rotation. Great portions, service and quality will keep me coming back. If you're concerned about cost, this establishment is very family friendly when dining with a large group, no breaking the bank here. “This is a case where the reviews don't match the experience. Is it a little expensive no not really. I think for what you get and the taste is fair with today's pricing. It was a well balanced as close to a home cooked meal as you can get. I'd get this over Chipotle or Moe's any day of the week. I'll be back for sure.“
