“We wanted to try something new to celebrate our anniversary so we landed on One With Land. After our meal last night, it will now be our go to for every single special occasion. The space was beautifully put together- minimal and thoughtful. We started with the potato croquettes which were creamy, crunchy and incredibly flavorful. The lamb rib app was surprising and decadent, possibly the best lamb we’ve had!! The cabbage was packed with char and deliciousness. And the pork chop… just perfect. We cannot wait to come back to try everything else that we couldn’t fit in our bellies. What a gem of a spot!“

“An unusual "dive bar" in a very unusual town?. It's unusual because it's primarily a black dive bar with a white owner?. She's a sweetheart and I love the place. This town Middletown NY is a unique place I love it! Drinks are good..music is good“
“New Street Lounge is gem! If you ever watched the show "Cheers", that's New Street Lounge only more fun! It's like going to your friend's house for great cocktails and entertainment! Amy has gone above and beyond to bring exciting features to the bar; live entertainment, trivia, karaoke, theme parties and so much more! The outdoor area is amazing! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and make great cocktails! They have their own food menu and you can also order from El Rancho across the street. The patrons are also amazing! We've made many friends there. Thanks Amy, for kicking up our social life!!“

“My husband and I go to Mason’s Marketplace frequently. We have gone for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have never had a meal we did not like. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Service is never anything less than great! Food is exceptional. Tonight I had their pizza (Greek) and it was outstanding. We are never disappointed!!“

“The Horse and Sulky is a local pub. The food is really good and the service people are really nice. Thursdays are burgers and beer night with karaoke. Fun atmosphere, but do not get confused , it is not a fancy place, just a local hangout.
Parking: On very busy nights, St. Patrick's Day, it gets packed and it is located on a busy street, be careful.“

Kid-friendliness: It was a fantastic experience thanks to our very attentive and experienced server. She immediately took our order for our starving children, made sure it came out first. “We found this brewery on our trip home off of Route 17. It is such a great Brewery! The place is very cool! It has a ton of indoor seating, a large outdoor beer garden, and a game room! My son loved it! The food was really, really good, the pumpkin beer was tasty, and the bartender/owner was welcoming! If we are ever in Middletown again, we will be back! So far Middletown breweries are 2 for 2! Equilibrium is great too!“

“Just had lunch at Copper Barn. Had the avocado soup....soooo good!! My husband and I both had a turkey BLT on a panini. Took half of mine home so I could have a piece of their sour cream coffee cake (the best!). With all that said, the icing on the cake was the server, Shanelle. She was informative, personable and sweet with a great sense of humor!!! Thank you Shanelle and Copper Barn for a great lunch!!😊😊“

“Been here twice and some dishes are really good and some fall flat. Cocktails are great, pretzels are great, oysters are great, the Nice salad is actually perfect. Garlic shrimp are meh, soba noodles are good, burgers are very good, desserts are great, Steak frites are overpriced and suck and was just burnt fry ends and really hard and tough steak that I brought home to my dogs.“

“My family has been eating regularly at grand slam for about 15 years. The quality has never dropped and remains our favorite pizza and wing stops in the area!! The pizza and Stromboli are amazing and the wings are even better. The staff are all extremely kind and the prices are great!“
