“I ordered a chef salad and was called back within a minute saying that they were out of roast beef and they could substitute for antipasta. I asked if they could just add more of the meat that they had, they obliged, and what I picked up was outstanding.. I know people are quick to list faults when things aren't to their liking, but I couldn't be happier with the service, food, and punctuality of this place; we've have been coming here for almost 20 years and I hope to be returning for 20 more. We CRAVE the food and we look forward to dining here every time we visit NY. We love everything we have tried but a few of our favorites are the Pizza, Garlic Knots with Cheese, Thai Chili Wings well done, hot honey espresso slice with pepperoni, Eggplant Parm, Chicken Parm and Penne Ala Vodka. We have ordered trays of the Penne Ala Vodka and Eggplant Parm in the past as well, and it's a guaranteed hit at parties! My husband has always said you can put their Vodka sauce on a shoe and it will taste good. It's a family owned and operated restaurant. The owner Maria is an absolute gem and the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and nicely decorated. This place remains at the top of my list and the quality of food is highly deserving of the best rating!“

“The owner and the young guys working tonight were amazing. My coworkers and I were the only ones in the restaurant and they treated us like we were guests in their house. The pizza with all meats was the best I've had in a long time. When he said that he was gonna put all the meats they had on it, he wasn't lying. And it wasn't too much to where it took away from the consistency with the pizza sauce and crust. Altogether it was great and I would recommend to anyone wanting pizza dining in. “We had a last minute party of seven on a weekend. We were seated within 20 minutes and our server John was delightful. Food was excellent as always. “This be that family atmosphere, The staff is very friendly and you can see they work well together. BUT THE MAIN THING IS THAT WAS THE BEST BLT I EVER HAD. I am not exaggerating - BLT sweet peppers and mayo - you will never go back. Whoever was cooking back there blessed my sandwich as if they were a priest venturing the lands of the earth in order to erase the existence of the demonic presence. This sandwich was worth every penny and I will travel the infinite void in order to obtain that sandwich again. “I recently tried out Carlos Cucina in Goshen and was pleasantly surprised by their burgers, which were some of the best I’ve ever had. Despite being known for pizza, their burgers are a standout with juicy, well-seasoned patties and fresh, crisp toppings. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and the staff is friendly, making it a great spot for a casual meal. I’ve been here a few times now and it consistently impresses, easily living up to the 5-star rating I’ve given it. “I was working in Montgomery and ordered sandwiches for me and the guys to be delivered. Everyone loved their sandwich! I personally had the best Italian combo I have had in a long long time! The bread was amazing and there was plenty of meat and cheese inside. When the delivery came, we had ordered some 2 L bottles of soda and asked if they could send some cups. Upon arrival we noticed there were no cups included so the delivery driver went back and got some for us! Great service, and great food!????“

You can go to a diner where the staffing is so pleasant, unfortunately the food isn't up to standards. And then, there's those rare finds. A small town diner as this charming place. “I ordered the gnocchi which came with salad and bread and it was amazing. The salad was really good with the peppers and olives onions and tomatoes and the pasta had asparagus mushrooms and peppers which I never had before. “Our family was looking last minute for a place to have a family dinner to celebrate our daughter’s ninth birthday after our original reservation fell through at another place. Pelligrinos is our favorite pizza spot so I called them. It was 5:30PM on a Friday night and I asked if they could accommodate our party of nine at 7:00. They were happy to prepare a table for us! I was shocked. They brought us the most incredible plate antipasto and placed it in front of our daughter and said happy birthday! Then we have the most delicious apps, pizza and an incredible pasta special for dinner. We couldn’t have been happier! They then brought complimentary fried dough for dessert for the table!What an incredible experience! We were so grateful that they not only came to our rescue at that late hour, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night. Recently catered a celebration for our family … 60 plus people and it was quite a large order the food was delivered on time hot and delicious. I was returning from a trip with my girlfriend from Otsego County and we are both huge fans of "Restaurant Impossible" and wanted to check this place out along our way home to Long Island. It was the Monday after Easter and the restaurant wasn't very busy at all. We both recognized the owner, Franco, immediately. He sat us right away in the beautiful dining area and brought out our entrees. I was very impressed that the owner was waiting on us, and he did an amazing job. Franco couldn't have been more friendly and personable. We asked him about his experience on "Restaurant Impossible" and he was very forthcoming and honest. It was fascinating to hear his side. The food itself was absolutely phenomenal, maybe the best penne garlic and oil with chicken I have ever had. My girlfriend also absolutely loved her meal. The place has an old school Italian restaurant vibe to it and Franco gives it added personality. We will absolutely return on our next trip through Orange County. Keep up the great work, Franco!!“

She just says how long and my name....thats service...she's always a delight when I go in and asks about my day at work and my family even when her and her husband look completely stressed. “Very friendly and quick service. The lunch rush is usually 12:30-1:00 so if you can get in before that is faster. Plenty of seating for dine in. The Kickin' Chicken BLT was delicious and huge, definitely splitable if you want. I haven't had their pizza yet but what they were pulling out of the oven liked great. “We tried their pizza today and it was delicious. At first, we questioned why the pizza was thinner and if it was worth the money. We took a few bites and enjoyed it. But once we got to the crust, we thought we would struggle because my boyfriend and I don't like DRY crusts. This pizza was MOIST. The crust was VERY thin and didn't give us that annoyingly large dry ending. We were referred here by a family member and will be getting our pizza here from now on. Word of warning, if you want to buy just a single slice, they don't allow any electronic transactions under $20 so bring cash if you are eating for one.“

“Food was delicious don't get me wrong but the caprese salad wasn't near what I expected based on the traditional experience. Then a manager came and asked what happened I replied with caprese salad is normally medallions of tomatoes and mozzarella with a basil leaf on each. This was plum tomatoe slices pilled like lettuce and miniature mozzarella rings and slices of basil and very little balsmic glaze with a side of balsamic dressingal and he says let me see what I can do. He comes back and says I took half off next time tell me at the beginning. I will return again because the food is phenomenal with the hopes of them making adjustments to that dish.“
