“The wait time was over double the estimate, but the wait staff were attentive and met all our needs. The food was good, but I should have stuck to my favorites instead of experimenting. My risk. Overall, it was a good, enjoyable dining experience.

Dietary restrictions: There was a separate gluten free menu which made ordering easy.

Kid-friendliness: There is a children's menu, but the choices are limited in my opinion.“

“Just got our first take out large pizza with wings! Pizza was outstanding! We got half cheese and half pepperoni and onion. Cook to perfection and very cheesy which is what we love. Wings were very good as well,. Price was great compared to other places and the food was better so all in all I would strongly recommend anyone that wants pizza and wings to go to Gino and Joe's on Route 31!!!!!“

“Went to Joey's for the first time last night. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. From the fresh bread with yummy garlic butter to delicious salads and fabulous entrees. I ordered Shrimp Francaise and it was the best food I have ever eaten. I brought Tiramisu home for desert. Again, mouth watering, so so delicious. My friends had eggplant Parmesan, clams, salmon, chicken french, and all raved about their entrees. But the other best part was the host Chris and our wonderful server Nancy. She is by far the best server ever. She made our evening fun while providing excellent service. Totally in tuned with our table and always answering our questions with knowledge and a wonderful attitude. The ambiance was great. Nice little tables for two in corners and just the right atmosphere for everyone.“

“We recently had dinner at this establishment. It as a special occasion so be brought a cake with us and were told there would be a $20 serving fee! How outrageous is that! In this day and age with this economy I would think you would be grateful for the business. Where is the customer service! I was told you have a baker on sight so that is the reason! ridiculous! Needless to say we will NOT patronize Francescas again and will spread the word! There were 6 of us and so with drinks etc. we had a hefty bill Also, the veal saltimbuca was way overcooked!“

“Two of us went here for the salad bar and I have to say that it's always awesome! All the normal ingredients are there & always fresh. Since covid it's a bit different, they give you one plate and there are plastic gloves at the bar to use each time you go back. They only let you go back to the bar once though. They don't have any servers yet. It seemed to be the bartenders acted as the servers. That was fine, except that if they continue, it will be bad for any servers that they had prior. Our visit at Ruby Tuesday's was wonderful. If you go, just remember that it is tucked in off the road and a bit hard to find.“

“My coworker and I sat at the bar seating in front of the pizza kitchen. We had a great experience chatting with the staff making the pizzas. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday evening. The food was amazing from appetizer to dessert. “WOW!! what a great surprise. We were getting hail damage repair done next door at Chuck Taylor's Body shop and decided to try Francescas while we waited! Excellent!! Crust is fabulous and they could teach a few places in Utica a thing or too for quality 🍕. Also had teriyaki wings so big and juicy. If you haven't yet, give them a try! The garlic pizza which we asked for extra garlic, lacked...garlic. They were definitely fully staffed but oddly the service was slow we had to attempt to grab anyone to get drink refills. It wasn't packed. I'm hoping it was a fluke as never had an issue there.
