“I do not know this man’s name, but we went on Monday morning at 10:30 so scheduler do your thing. Anyways, the sub maker should be named Mr.subb because he was the best and would be a great face for the company. So friendly and funny and made a killer sub. Thanks man, made our hungover day 10x better.“

“The dining experience, while pleasant in some respects, ultimately fell short of expectations. The cuisine, while not offensive, lacked any particularly memorable characteristics or unique flavors. Unfortunately, the cost of the meal seemed disproportionate to the quality and quantity of the food provided. The service was characterized by a noticeable delay in the delivery of both food and beverages. However, the staff members were consistently courteous and maintained a positive demeanor throughout the service. Despite the efforts of the personnel, the overall value proposition left something to be desired. I would consider revisiting the restaurant, but only if there were improvements in both the culinary aspects and the pricing structure.“

“Whole Lotta Nothing Going On.
It's been about 3 years since I got a meal from JM's, since the one opened in Amsterdam NY, and back then my findings were "overpriced, poor quality, and bad service". A solid 2/5. But I'm willing to try again, and I think 3 years has been a long enough wait.
Sadly even the Clifton Park location failed in one respect, the readiness. I put my order in online, well before my pickup time, hours even, but I never have trouble with this kind of thing anywhere else. Went with a "Giant" Chicken Cheese Steak on the Rosemary Bread, coming to just under $20 before tip. Which if I could have taken it back, I would have, because, the service was not up to par.
I arrive at my selected time and walk in expecting my sub to be sitting on the counter, no dice. Then perhaps they are still working on it? Nada. So I ask the employee at the counter about my order, and I'm hit with the deer in the headlights stare. He looks down at the receipts next to the online ordering register, finds mine, and asks his buddy cleaning the grill about it. Turns out they forgot about my order, despite having hours to be ready, despite being emptier than a banker's heart, they failed.
7 minutes later I had my sub, fresh as can be, which is pretty fast for someone who were to walk in and order their meal. But not for someone who put the order in online. Darn shame, they stumbled right at the start.
That said, back home, the sub was pretty yummy. The bread was puffy and light, the fillings were savory and meaty, and the flavor was rich but not too much. The Rosemary topping was very messy though, falling off with every bite I took, but the included sub wrapper was able to catch all of that. Don't know if I'd say the "giant" moniker was really worth the $19, it was just slightly larger than a footlong, and I polished off the entire thing in under 15 minutes.
So while JM's didn't win any awards for their attentiveness, at least the sub was good. Overall, 4 out of 5.“

He also helped me with my Subway coupon that wasn't working, finding a store coupon to ensure I could still enjoy my meal. His joyful personality shines through as he greets everyone with a warm smile!“

“Classic McDonald’s experience—fast service, decent food, and a clean dining area. The fries were fresh and crispy, and my order was correct, which is always a plus. The only downside was that the drive-thru was a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, a solid visit!“

“As A Full Time Door Dasher, This establishment is my absolute favorite to visit and work with. Staff is the friendliest, and the efficiency is top notch. Even on their busiest days these hard working people outperform most other establishments which encounter the same type of volume and influx from customers. Cannot say enough positive things about this team and facility.“
