“Whole Lotta Nothing Going On.
It's been about 3 years since I got a meal from JM's, since the one opened in Amsterdam NY, and back then my findings were "overpriced, poor quality, and bad service". A solid 2/5. But I'm willing to try again, and I think 3 years has been a long enough wait.
Sadly even the Clifton Park location failed in one respect, the readiness. I put my order in online, well before my pickup time, hours even, but I never have trouble with this kind of thing anywhere else. Went with a "Giant" Chicken Cheese Steak on the Rosemary Bread, coming to just under $20 before tip. Which if I could have taken it back, I would have, because, the service was not up to par.
I arrive at my selected time and walk in expecting my sub to be sitting on the counter, no dice. Then perhaps they are still working on it? Nada. So I ask the employee at the counter about my order, and I'm hit with the deer in the headlights stare. He looks down at the receipts next to the online ordering register, finds mine, and asks his buddy cleaning the grill about it. Turns out they forgot about my order, despite having hours to be ready, despite being emptier than a banker's heart, they failed.
7 minutes later I had my sub, fresh as can be, which is pretty fast for someone who were to walk in and order their meal. But not for someone who put the order in online. Darn shame, they stumbled right at the start.
That said, back home, the sub was pretty yummy. The bread was puffy and light, the fillings were savory and meaty, and the flavor was rich but not too much. The Rosemary topping was very messy though, falling off with every bite I took, but the included sub wrapper was able to catch all of that. Don't know if I'd say the "giant" moniker was really worth the $19, it was just slightly larger than a footlong, and I polished off the entire thing in under 15 minutes.
So while JM's didn't win any awards for their attentiveness, at least the sub was good. Overall, 4 out of 5.“

“It is a sub shop. The menu is pretty basic, but the meat is sliced fresh. Everything else seems fresh. The service is usually pretty quick. All of the staff were very friendly. The place was pretty clean. The subs are really good and they have a good selection of sub sizes.“

“This is a nice subway me and my friends Sue went for lunch I got the meatball sub which they loaded up with cheese parmesan mozzarella They toasted it very nicely They have a soda machine which gave us free water cuz I don't drink soda. The service was fast the service was friendly and I would recommend the subway.“

“My first time being let down by Subway.
Been looking forward to trying the hot honey chicken sandwich and footlong nachos for a full week, and after two prior weeks of disappointing Friday meals I felt Subway was a safe bet. Turns out, even the most consistent chains can have a weakest link.
As stated previously, I ordered the footlong steak nachos and a hot honey chicken sandwich. Coming to a a little over $21 before tip.
Sadly I was informed at the beginning of my order that they were out of the hot honey, which, was pretty disappointing. The one key ingredient to making a hot honey chicken sandwich, and they are missing it. I tried to make due with honey mustard, since it too is a sweet and spicy sauce, but it just does not hit the same. Real shame.
The nachos were complete, but they were so much smaller than I thought. They make the thing look huge in the pictures, but in actuality it's a single personal bag of chips worth of nachos. Felt a bit disingenuous if you ask me.
Real sad with how all this turned out, but, because of the girl working there being real nice and perky, I only will take away one star. In reality, this was a 3.5 out of 5 experience for sure.“

“We stopped in Burnt Hills Subway around 4pm. No line. We weren't sure what we wanted but the employees were patient. Only complaint I heard from grandchildren,,,they ran out of straws? a 6" sub & small drink less than $10✌️. Oh..also they do not accept coupons, “

“Really good experience from this Mr. Subb. The customer service from the laddies that helped me was good! They were friendly and asked questions about my order. The sub I received was also very good. I can tell that prep is being done regularly, and that everything is fresh. Tots are always a great add on, and is one of the reasons I prefer Mr.Subb over subway or other restaurant shops. Soda was good, and the machine looked cleaned. The only issue I had during this visit was the cleanliness of the ceilings, specifically over the food area. Guys this needs to be fixed asap you have dust and debris hanging from the vents and panels. A food safety inspection would mark this as a critical. It would only take 30 mins to correct this. GM if you are reading this please make this correction. It would be nice to see improvements next time I return. Thank you staff! I enjoyed my lunch.“

“The 2 young ladies working at this location on 7/20 deserve to be recognized and commended for their courtesy and service. I'm a recently displaced vet and completely unfamiliar with this area. So that is to say, their friendly attitudes and courtesy were exemplary - in a time where that's rare in most American retail operations anymore - and made the experience even more pleasant than the food. Which was also a nice surprise, and well prepared. I can recommend this place as long as these two are running it.“

“My first time being there the place is not bad at all. It’s clean inside. The employees are respectful and nice when you go inside you feel like you’re inside or old. Nice bar dining is beautiful thing. I take care because they have the kids is a beautiful place the food wasn’t that bad me first I’m trying to get the price are too high and do not worth that muchbut everything else is fine. “I have started recently going to Subway restaurants discovering their mobile app and friendly menu to my dietary needs. The staff at this location are so friendly and recognize me by face or know me by name which is really comforting, especially at a franchise. “Love the subs but they always, always, always get it wrong. Ask for 10 inch plain bread with ham and American cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion with Italian dressing. Get home, two tomatoes on a 10 inch?? Mayo not Italian dressing.. cmon man this is not rocket science.“

“The new management here is great. They are fast, professional, and provide overall excellent service and food. I stop in frequently for lunch, and am always greeted kindly. Special requests have never been an issue and friendly conversation and small talk are pleasant while they prepare orders. 5 stars all around.“

“I’ve come here a few times, but today was totally different. I was in line and an elderly gentleman in front of me collapses! He went unresponsive and a skinny brunette lady who works there runs over and performs CPR saving his life! Truly an amazing worker who is a hero. Food was just okay though there was a hard crunch in my cookie so I had to throw it out“

Anyways, the sub maker should be named Mr.subb because he was the best and would be a great face for the company. So friendly and funny and made a killer sub.
