“The best wings in the HV and crew! Duane, Jimmy, Lisa and Max are the best! They have a diverse selection of 20 beers on tap with a nice rotation of new styles and breweries. The food is great, and very reasonably priced. Like the beers on tap, there are also 20+ flavors for their wings. I'm generally a hot buffalo fan but, if you can tolerate the heat, I recommend the Psycho sauce which is hot, but very tasty. They also have a unique and very tasty Thai peanut butter and raspberry sauce wing option. Other go to's for me are the mozzarella sticks, ripper hotdogs and blooming onion petals.“

I don't want to say anything bad about them as a business.. My daughter was home from college and we were there within 45 minutes of the close time. They were very accommodating nice and polite. But our waitress was so hopeless I actually felt bad for her. I think she thought we were laughing at her. But we were just having a good time. Despite her attitude. “One of my favorite places in the whole Hudson Valley. The Dutchess Biercafe brings delicious bites and sips in virtually every single of their menu items. Too many things I like here to describe but I’ll give you my top 2:

The poutine is to die for and if you add a runny egg on top it’s somehow even better. The pretzel is perfection. It’s warm, soft, and the beer cheese they give you with it is perfectly balanced.“

“Last weekend, I took the kids (ages: 11 and 13) on a spontaneous trip to Newburgh's local bowling alley. Price was reasonable at $4 per person (it was a Monday, no school) other days, it is only $1 more per person from what I gather. To rent the shoes was approximately $2.50 per person. Customer service was especially friendly and helpful. This bowling alley was so much better than we expected. First of all, it was busy! Bowling alleys are going out of business everywhere, but Tarsio's lanes was the place to be that Monday! Every lane was in use. Even with so many people there, our wait time was less than 10 minutes. We ate while we waited; they have a counter to order a variety of foods: we got the personal pizza, chicken tenders, fries, and a few fountain sodas. Food was good. The bowling shoes were brand new, my daughter's had never been worn before! After bowling game, we made our way into the aecade. Several game options. My son loved the punching bag that calculats how hard you punch. The kids had a blast. Nice bar in a separate area for the adults. Can't think of anything negative to say.“

For a main course I had an out of this world filet mignon. The service was very kind and the wine at the meal was very good. Ask for the tiny donuts with the sweet dips for dessert. “Fall in the garden is perfection, but we've enjoyed visiting at all times of year. Inside is cozy and perfect if it's a cool or rainy day. The on tap selection is always great, as are the seasonal house made cocktail offerings. Food is always delicious, and the chefs kiss is the house made sauces! Bring the kids, bring friends, bring family and out of town tourists. Great location, and add a touch of history to your meal.

Parking: Street parking only. Free after 6pm or on weekends.

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is good. Mine love it. Simple but perfect. There are outdoor activities if it's nice weather.

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps anywhere, slight incline out the door to the garden. Bathrooms are large, with the women's having 1 stall, that is rather deep, and might be hard to navigate with a wheelchair.“
