“show and the bar was uncomfortably crowded. One of the staff members, this amazing waitress named Christina, noticed the bar was too crowded to enjoy a show and offered to move our ticketed seats to a private table behind the restaurant seating. What fantastic customer service. The table she moved us to was arguably one of the best spots in the house and we didn't even ask for it. She just noticed the bar sucked and solved the problem for the people at the bar (by moving us) and for us (by moving us to another table) all in a matter of minutes.“

“I ordered a drink and the guy who works there came to my car cause I told him I ha w my baby in my car, do I didn't want to bring my baby outside the car with the snow, and that guy was soooo nice , he didn't even want me to tip him.Omg very nice and helpful.Thank you for your service ??“
“Anis was an exceptional employee. I ordered an iced caramel latte before this order. The machine didn’t give out the right amount of expresso. Upon learning about my dissatisfaction Anis took initiative and re made my iced caramel latte. He is a great example of a great employee. I am very thankful for his customer service. Keep up the great work!“
