My husband and I are frequent weekend guests at The Tasty Table because we like the food and the way we are treated as guests. I've noticed some less than positive reviews focused on difficulties getting a table during their busiest weekend times. This should indicate to all who are interested in going to The Tasty Table of how wonderful a restaurant it is. My suggestion is to take advantage of the 30 minute call aheads that are offered. Often walking into a coffee shop for the first time can feel daunting, but I received a genuinely warm welcome (and farewell) from multiple staff members, which immediately made we feel like staying for a while. I noticed how the owner engaged with regulars and newcomers with equal interest and regard, which was a pleasant change from places that choose not to focus on building relationships with their clientele. The cro-muffin was delicious, soft in the middle with a crunch from the crystallized sugar on the outside, and my rose-cardamom latte was hand-delivered with care. “Oh my!! If you pass this spot up you are missing out. We ordered the cupcakes, chocolate chip cookies, and Cinnabons. The cupcakes were so soft and velvety. I was expecting had and grainy but these cupcakes are built as if you made regular ones and pulled them out the oven. My mouth watered eating them. The chocolate chip cookies were also soft and delicious. This place needs a stop when you're in the neighborhood. Even for the non vegan crowd these baked good will leave you surprised and ordering additional.“

“I picked up Blondery's S'mores Hot Chocolate and a cinnamon roll at the Beacon Farmers Market recently. OMG. The love that goes into their products is undeniable. Their cinnamon roll was everything good that makes up a cinnamon roll -- light, fresh, the perfect touch of cinnamon -- and THE ICING. I can't. Absolutely incredible. The only downfall was having to share with my daughter, whose eye about popped out of her head when she saw the deliciousness I was enjoying. Pairing that with their S'mores Hot Chocolate was the icing on the proverbial cake. There's magic in everything that Blondery creates. “I loved my visit to the My Father's House Southern Cuisine. The food was delicious. I had the Pecan Crusted Salmon Baked Topped with Honey Glazed Pecans served with Caramelized Yams & Collard Greens. So good. The collards had a kick which was a surprise delicious. Our soft drink was the Carolina Sunrise Punch delicious, seriously. The biscuits and cornbread muffins again delicious. My granddaughter had fried chicken wings with French fries and a vegetable from the youngins menu she was well pleased. The server was warm and friendly lie everyone there. The ambiance was delightful with live entertainment. The drive was worth it and made my birthday a true delight. I can't wait to go again. The area is quaint and quiet.“

“This review is about Cafeteria at Stone Barns: Lunch Tray. They have one daily menu featuring their produce from the farm. Lunch tray is consist of small plates priced around $50, which sounds a bit pricey for the portions, but I assume the ingredients are fresh and high quality. When I went there, the lunch menu was some pickles, cured meat, taco and bread - everything was sour - even the dessert looking cake was sour. Balance of the meal was a bit disappointing, so got a small apple for $2, which was soggy and bruised inside, but I liked their coffee.It is a beautiful place for a getaway from the city - an hour drive from Manhattan. The lunch tray could be hit or miss since they only offer one set menu, which you don’t know until you get there, but they have pretty outdoor tables surrounded by nice garden. I would come back for another try later.“

“Let me start with I am not one to write reviews however this one is worth the occasion. It was an absolute pleasure working with Wildly Cakes to get a cake for my bridal shower. We had a traveling themed bridal shower and Wildly Cakes was able to make this beautiful world map on the side. But it doesn’t just end there the cake itself tasted delicious. We got a vanilla cake with cookie butter filling and all my guests ranted and raved on how good it was. We actually have our wedding cake being made by them too and we cannot wait to see and taste it especially after this great first impression.“

“Had a wonderful experience at al di la! We arrived a little before 12 pm and was empty so we got to enjoy the quiet but it got filled up while we were sitting. The atmosphere is calm. There isn't a very bug menu but the food is really good. We had their famous salad pizza and didn't disappoint! We also ordered a hot coca which was perfect for this cold rainy day and a delicious salmon pizzaoili. The Eggplant rollantini was good as well. Will definitely be coming back here!“

“We had such a good dinner at Saigonese the other night. This was only my second time having Vietnamese food and I’m so glad I had it again! The outside and inside of the building are painted in a bright yellow making it really stand out. We were seated right away and ordered a Thai iced tea and the pork summer rolls to start with. The rolls were served with a peanut sauce and it was so good individually and also together. We also ordered a classic banh mi (pork belly, pate, and pork ham filling) and the grilled lemongrass chicken noodles. Both entrees were also so good. “It was crowded and they were BUSY on a working Wednesday. I guess the food being this good, it would be a destination! Grub by Chef Waree is a gem. We had the Stewed Beef soup with rice noodles. Umami was off the charts with the soup. That meant that each slurp of perfectly cooked noodle was nicely coated with enough tasty broth not to need anything else. What was important to me was the great blend of textures with Gailan nicely chopped and perfectly cooked, fresh bean sprouts, and the rice noodles and tender, tasty beef chunks. The Phad Thai with Crispy Duck was well flavored and nicely spicy for "medium". The phat thai was generously sauced without drowning in sauce. Great service and a welcoming atmosphere.“
