“Love the red shed! Whenever we do the brew trail this one always sneaks up on me bc I forget it's part of it. The area is gorgeous and the ppl friendly af. Always seems to have a group that's a Bach party or something of the sort so you know it's an excellent go to. I find this place also has something for everyone's taste and we always manage to find a bev that stands out. Will continue to return w the pals when doing the beer trail!“
“Having been told by others to visit this diner and get their cheeseburger we made it our first stop in Cooperstown. It is a small, very quaint diner with approximately 20 seats mixed between tables and barstools. It is certainly iconic simply due to its size. We arrived at noon and were immediately greeted by Peach. I will say Peach and the chef were the only two people taking care of a Friday lunch crowd. We placed our order awaiting the arrival of our burgers. My group was blown away when the burgers arrived. Just see the picture! I’ve never seen a burger this large let alone having to try and eat it. It was impossible to fit in my already big mouth so I chose to slowly knife/fork it on the plate. The burger was tasteful, juicy, and very flavorful. The tater tots were crisp and hot.It certainly is a burger that can easily be split between diners. Our service was impeccable, quick and delivered with humor and positive interaction from Peach. She was one of the best servers I have ever encountered. You remember the fun, experienced servers who excel at their job. Peach will always be remembered by our party of four.Certainly visit this diner while in Cooperstown but be prepared to wait for a seat during their busy times. Trust me, it will be worth the wait.“
“This is worth finding in Cooperstown, it is on a side street and not on the Main Street but only a five minute walk from the museum. Cute covered patio with excellent food. Great stop for lunch, after going to baseball hall of fame. The service was great and the food came out fast. The burgers were excellent and I highly recommend the “Big pig” burger. It is not on the menu but they have great gluten free buns also.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns and a selection of GF beer and ciders.“
“Very nice little place. Pleasant atmosphere decent food.. very retro looking dinner and ice cream. Decorated in a coke theme. And decorated with hundreds of vintage lunchboxes and model cars. There is even a toy train that runs around the dining area near the ceiling. The food and the ice cream is always worth the trip. I highly recommend you stop in. They are closed during the winter season.“
“Day trip to Cooperstown to see Escher collection at the Fenimore. Stopped at this local brewery for a bite to eat and test out their beer. Cute little facility with the friendliest of bartender. Despite the number of people at the bar, she worked with everyone to ensure they were paid attention to and answered questions. I tried the stout, burly Beard, very good, full flavor. They had a good truck, Gabriana's Mobile Express. Pizza slice, quesadillas and loaded waffle fries! All fabulous. We ate all of it. Place has inside and outside seating, quiet area with games to play inside.“
“We ways travel with our Sunday golf bags, and on this Sunday near Cooperstown, we were lucky to have them! The golf course is a gem on the lake. Greens were well taken care of, nice mix of waterfront and woodlands. There's a few to die for from hole #6/15! Bring your clubs if your coming for a weekend! A beer on the porch (what a view!) after 9 or 18 will be your reward!“
“Great atmosphete for hanging with friends. Have been many times - great music/ summer festivals.Food was average, service mediocre. I don't think you visit for these things in themselves - you come for everything else- music and beer“
