I didn’t know how it would be but I ate there with her. It’s good! I got the pierogis and a kielbasa. Very good! Don’t go for the extra sour cream as you won’t need it. “One of the friendliest places I have been too. I am a vegetarian and they took time to explain what was vegetarian. The service is surpassed only by the food. I surely recommend to try the place once. The soup is something I loved the most. The Schechuan dumplings were excellent too among other items.Vegetarian options: See my comments. “Solid sandwiches! I was so sad when Village Heros closed down and began my search yet again for that Soul-satisfying sandwich... Roast is in the running! Got the Cubano and the Country Fried Chicken sandwiches - so tasty!! Also enjoyed the house made fries - ordered two for two people but one order would have sufficed. Great portions! The only downside (very slight) would be the Mac and Cheese - not bad but not great. It was the only hiccup during the whole meal. Service was quite friendly and efficient; the seating area was clean and comfortable. Parking is easy and, if you have room for dessert, Ralph's is just a couple of steps away (during the warmer days).“
“Very attentive staff and considerate of all customers good prices for good food!! I accidentally got the sashimi and they changed my order to sushi free of charge. They were even very accommodating to my allergies!! I’m allergic to shellfish and I got the tempura fried prawns minus the shellfish! They should raise the prices here absolutely love it!!!“
“Nice little place..I usually order the Mahi Mahi tacos. You can get them.fried, grilled or blackened. I always get them blackened but I tell the to go easy on the seasonings so it's not too spicy. The order comes with 2 big tacos and a side which for 14 bucks is pretty good and the Fish is always fresh.“
“We don't live close but heard good things about the food so we took a drive. The service and the food was top notch. I couldn't believe the size of the portions, honestly. We couldn't even finish half our meals. I would recommend getting there by 4-4:30. We left at 6 and the place was packed.“

“I just went to Kashi tonight for their grand re-opening. I brought my two daughters with me . We had the absolute best time! What a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is incredible. The food was sooo delicious. The server/ bartender Joe was the best . I’ve never had such a genuine, attentive professional and warm person serving me at a place . “As I was standing online in the Deer Park Panera Bread, a short Hispanic man was seen sprinkling coffee grounds in the coffee filter. As he was sprinkling the coffee grounds he began EATING the coffee GROUNDS out of the filter with his bare hands. THIS OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES! I went to the Hispanic young lady at the registered to describe his behavior. She proceeded to go to speak with him with her back turned to me. I then proceeded to inform the manager! She replied in a nonchalant manner, “thanks for letting me know.”BEWARE THIS IS UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY!!! I wondered if the rest of the coffee was CONTAMINATED WITH HIS SALIVA!!!“

“Ordered delivery this evening. We are in Bay Shore and they charged $2 for the delivery. Called at 7:05 and it arrived by 7:30 so very quick delivery. Food arrived hot and good packaging. Food tasted good and good quality. Loin had a slight fish taste to us though. But everything else was great. Would order from here again.“
