“Thai Green Leaf is my favorite. The staff is unbelievably friendly and they always make my order how I love it (pad thai with dried tofu, extra lime). I have had occasion to place a few large orders (I am trying to introduce all my friends to the deliciousness) and everything is always fresh and fantastic). I honestly can’t say enough about this place- they really are wonderful!!“

“I was craving some Polish food which is almost impossible to find when you live in Atlanta. Polish food feels like the southern food of Europe, hearty, fatty with big portions. I walk up and a giant man opens the door for me as I walk in. Did this man work here? No, just a patron of the bar that was eager to see someone from out of town to walk in.

Walking in you feel you are at a dive bar, but it is your home. All of the patrons and bar tender could have easily kicked my butt while dragging a cig, but were all very sweet and welcoming. Very dark and folks talking to each other like family. 6 folks were in there when I walked in at 7 pm on a Thursday, not speaking my custom southern American tongue but polish I would assume. No woman at the bar other than the one that served me my food. Had a big tall polish beer while waiting for my food. Ordered the Hungarian pancake and tripe soup. Tripe soup was okay, hearty fatty and filling. The Hungarian pancake, was like nothing I have ever had. If I could describe it, a fried bread folded over with chunky meat and a brown gravy topped with sour cream and chives. It was so rich and flavorful, that I couldn't finish because of the size of the portion if I tried. The bar tender asserted me, I made a great choice. If you are down for biscuits and gravy, meatloaf with a loaf of bread, bangers and mash, you will like this dish.

Bottom line, this is a dive bar that serves some authentic eastern european food. A place if you love to explore food and different culture. Love this place and would recommend to the adventurers, not good for Ashely and Brad.“

“Even though I have to travel from 5 towns over, I will do it time and again because I LOVE everything about Mama's. Their Chicken a la Mama, as well as their Granma Vodka pizza brings me to my knees without fail. I'm a bit picky (like extra lemon butter sauce and garlic knots please) but the staff always gets it right. You KNOW a restaurant is top notch when the staff smiles from the moment you walk through the door until you leave. Thank you for everything Mama's. I'll see you again VERY soon. “We were here for my nephew's birthday (his favorite place). Great experience overall. I know the company has gone through some changes over the past few years and to me it shows. Staff and service at this location were great and the food met my expectations...especially the front hostess who showed my son the live lobster tank (she was very kind to him).“

“Most of the Asian restaurants in Suffolk County are extremely hit or miss. Some use questionable ingredients, others are unfriendly and still others offer small portions for full price. That’s why I was pleasantly surprised by Tang Asian Fusion. The food is fairly priced, it’s made from high quality ingredients, the staff are happy to see their customers and the portions are generous. Every item I’ve ordered has tasted bright, clean and delicious. Best sushi around and enough to last two days. Excellent restaurant all around.“

“I love the atmosphere but food is ok and drinks taste so watered down. The frozen drinks taste like juice. If the drinks or food was great this would be an easy 5 stars because live music and the atmosphere is there. Otherwise great place. We had fun.“

“I got a red velvet cake from D&D Bakery Shoppe and I’d give it about a 4 out of 5 stars. Overall everything tasted really good — the cake itself was soft, fresh, and had a great flavor. You can tell they know what they’re doing when it comes to baking.

The only thing for me was the frosting. It was the cream cheese type, which I usually like, but this one was a little too sweet for my taste. It kind of reminded me of those really sugary frostings (almost like fondant or those sugar strip-type toppings), and it just made the whole cake a bit overly sweet.

Other than that, the writing on the cake came out great, the design looked clean, and the delivery time was on point. Customer service was also really good and easy to deal with.

“Whenever I had a craving for south indian food in long island, I used to frequent Taste of Chennai, i.e. until I discovered this place Village - The Soul of India. This is by far the best south indian restaurant in long island. Their pani puris are killer. The dosas, idlis chutneys and sambars reminded me of what I had tasted back in India. Everything tasted fresh too. The service was good and prompt. We were lucky to get in right before the dinner rush hour where we saw large groups having to wait for a table.

For those who are not familiar with south indian food: their menu is either completely vegetarian (as in this case) or largely vegetarian and 100's of options to choose from.

The staff here are very kind and friendly and will happily fix your order if you get the wrong food. I am a huge fan of their menu, they have a lot of great items on it despite it being so limited. My go to ramen has to be the spicy ramen, it has a rich creaminess, with the hint of spice for those looking for that extra kick to dance on their taste buds. The meat is nice and tender, going hand in hand for a good song and dance with those chewy yet soft noodles that go down as easy as the soup. “Visiting my childhood home town from Boston. Childhood friend and I drove by Bayview Kitchen on our way home. Initially thought it was a kitchen reno store then realized it was a restaurant. Decided to try. Always up for adventure. What a WOW! Staff from entry to restraunt were warm and friendly. Love the decor sleek and so clean. Service was great. Now the important part..the food. We both had the j*** chicken tostada which was super delicious. Ingredients were so fresh.. Right amount of spice and ingredients with a nice kick. Got a chance to speak with owner and chef. They were so proud of their restaurant and looking to hear our thoughts on our meal. We told them it was extra special. They are looking to provide fresh quality soul food to the community and I would say they exceeded our expectations. Wishing them success and looking to return on my next visit to Amityville. “Yesterday was the first time I have been to Popei’s. What a great night! From the moment we walked in the owner/chef greeted us. We sat outside in the tent with the great musician. He was very interactive, took requests. People were singing along, It’s was very enjoyable. It was very clear our waitress, Janice was extremely busy but also very thorough careful and caring. It’s obvious she cares about what she is doing and works very hard. Upon my ordering, I mentioned a food allergy Janice double checked that things were OK before she submitted the order. 2 other people came to verify before cooking my meal. The food was SO GOOD! Big portion sizes. Gave my mother dessert to celebrate her birthday. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic night. We will be back. My only suggestion would be when the musician is taking a break to lower the background music. When he wasn’t singing, the music was still incredibly loud and we had difficulty hearing each other at the table.“

“I haven't dined in at PF Chang's in YEARS. I used to frequent the restaurant when they were in the Source Mall, but now I typically order through Uber - I love the Mongolian Beef. Recently, I decided to dine in because I had to try the Cherry Blossom Martini & I'm so glad that I did! I enjoyed that along with a refreshing Yuzu Spritz. I was, however, disappointed because 1) they ran out of the Miso Dumplings & 2) the Miso Salmon was seriously overcooked. Our server (Jasmine) was so very accommodating & understanding - she sent me home with the Salt & Pepper Prawns & oh man, that's what I should have ordered originally!!! Overall, I'm glad I dined in.“

People enjoying good mex food are more enjoyable to be around for some reason..anyway...lighting as with most place is difficult to read menu but once the order was in,alot of fun...I noticed the food to be very FRESH...I immediately tasted that in the beans on my Mexican special and the Flautas,chimichanga etc were all delicious stuffed and perfectly cooked!..Fajita steak was so nicely marinated and charred but med inside..Perfect!..Wait staff were all very pleasant....I enjoyed my visit and will defin visit during a slow day,maybe lunch for a lil more quiet....“
