And the prices are still reasonable, I come all the way from Middle Island just to buy their pizza because I know I will always get my moneys worth.And I live much closer to the other big pizza place in Middle Island that charges more money, and the slices are always smaller. “What an awesome little pizza joint. On the way home my son was hungry so we decided to stop and grab some. Everything looks phenomenal.The boy wanted a chicken he said it's one of his favorites. It comes with sing of sauce 2 so he was happy.The woman behind so sweet and nice to deal with. “I was in the area and saw them advertise authentic Mexican tacos which is somewhat rare these days. They sell pizza too so they have something for the picky eaters. I got two of the steak tacos and they are amazing. Perfect portion with the right seasoning. The meat is sliced to perfection with no fat attached. I’m from Nassau and have to say this place is worth trying for Mexican food enthusiasts. Staff was friendly and professional.“

“Even though our son is a professional chef and we think of ourselves as "foodies," we have only limited experience with Caribbean cuisine. That's going to change, because we will absolutely go back to Taino's to explore more of the menu. We went around 6-ish on a Monday night to celebrate my birthday, and the only other patrons were at the bar. They appeared to be regulars, and the vibe was warm and casual. Coconut shrimp is one of my guilty pleasures and I order it every time I see it on a menu. Tainos' was quite possibly the best I've ever had: enormous shrimp coated in batter and flaked coconut, fried to crispy perfection and served with a to-die-for coconut dipping sauce. I'm also a skirt steak junkie, so ordered the Churrasco al la Parrilla which is served with a large serving of rice, bowl of red beans and chimichurri sauce, all presented beautifully, complete with an orchid. I was so full from the shrimp, I took nearly all of my entree home. Our lovely waitress (also the bartender) packed up my leftovers so they were just as attractive and appetizing the next day. Everything, including the steak, reheated perfectly. Granted, at my age I have a small appetite, but I'll be finishing the second (!) half of my steak, rice and beans tonight (night #3). Our son ordered the chicken Canasta de Platano (plantain 'baskets') appetizer and grudgingly gave me only a tiny (delicious) taste. Husband ordered fried cheese, and ate a whole piece even before I could take a photo. Again, I was allowed only one bite, but know I'll order my own the next time we're there. He also ordered the skirt steak, but our son tried the Colombian platter (steak, avocado, pork cracklings, fried egg, rice and more), which he loved. He gave me the sweet corn cakes which I devoured. Can't wait to try "mofungo," which seems to be a signature dish. The oxtails look fabulous, too.“

“The food there is decent, not the best or worst pizza I'd say 7/10 as far as pizza, their garlic knots leave alot to be desired, their other options are about the same as their pizza. All in all local neighborhood pizza and worth going if you're craving a quick slice and are in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here like a few other places I know.“

“I discovered this gem by googling pizza near the airport. The pizza ? was very good. The garlic knots were some of the best I ever had. We then ended the meal with Zepooles with Nutella. Very good. However, equally important as the food are the owners! They were so welcoming and friendly. This is my new go-to spot after a flight. Can't wait to taste more of the various menu items. They serve breakfast as well.“

“Joey Z's has some of the best breakfast around! I always enjoy coming here for consistently good food and quick service. I had the banana pancakes (which are my go-to) and my mom had the Eggs Benedict which came with potatoes. The staff and owner are so kind and make you want to keep coming back!“
