“After having a falling out with our original catering company just weeks before our wedding, finding La Cucina Paisanos was truly a blessing in disguise. From the very first moment we walked into the restaurant to see if they might be an option for our wedding, we were warmly greeted by Nick, the owner, and immediately felt at ease. Nick took the time to walk us through the entire catering process and even allowed us to sample several menu items since we hadn’t yet had the chance to try the food. That level of care and hospitality set the tone for the entire experience. The customer service from Nick and the entire La Cucina Paisanos team genuinely went above and beyond every step of the way. My now husband and I are both Johnson & Wales Culinary graduates, so food quality was incredibly important to us — not just for ourselves, but because we knew our guests would expect nothing less. “First time here... I was in the mood for pizza and husband wanted a meal for a late lunch.
Place is clean and fresh, seated right away. Ordered martini's and they were nice and cold filled to the top.
I ordered off the menu, a thin crust Margareta person pizza and he got Pasta Bolgnese, super delicious, fresh basil. They serve a little bread basket with fresh oil, herbs and olives, and also fruit infused water which was great in a hot day.
The staff is excellent and attentive and the atmosphere was cozy.
New Italian place for us, which is a lot being an Italian. Looking forward try more meals here.“

“A few years ago (before COVID) we placed an order and thought the food was great! Now years later we started having gatherings again, so we placed a catering order for our holiday party that we hosted yesterday & everything was delicious!!! Even better than I remember! The yummiest chicken franciese sauce I think I've ever had! Will 1000% order from here for all of our parties!“

“Great folks! As far as the pizza goes, it is perfectly serviceable as a local option (maybe an 8/10?). You will find objectively better elsewhere (9/10), but I think this place shines in particular for the quality of their proteins, like the meatball and sausage.

My go-to is a Sausage and Pepper hero, hold the cheese, and probably a side of meatballs. I've had iffy results ordering these early in the day, but at night like 9 PM is when they've always been amazing. I think it slow-cooks or marinates? Though, my subjective correlation isn't causation and I might be wrong.

The last meatballs I had were incredible.

And, to be constructive, I think the sauce on the pizza is a little unusually sweet. I think the dough and cheese are perfect, the cook is perfect, but the sauce asserts itself a little much. Might try light sauce on my next pie!“

“Best Restaurant in Farmingville! We have at least three Pizzarias closer to our house but I always prefer to make the extra trip to La Romas! Besides hands down the best tasting pizza they have a full Italian Menu from Bake Zita, Manicotti, Chicken or Eggplant Parmigiana, and Raviolis for the kids! This place is amazing and the people there are the best! Try them once and you won’t be disappointed!“

“The owners are great. Very pleasant to deal with. I've been going there since they bought it about 22 yrs ago. Their dinners are very good, you can't go wrong with the penne ala vodka and a side of sausage. Love the antipasti, garlic knots are to die for. The neopolitan and Sicilian pies are great. Love the sauce they make for the dinners and pies. The only complaint I have is that they go light on the pizza toppings. I'd like to see more sausage, pepperoni, etc on the pies, not a few slices sprinkled about. Now I'm thinking about pizza. Maybe tonight.“

“I had to log into my other email just to give one more review. I came in today and I asked for a vodka sauce sandwich. After talking for a little bit with diffrent options he made me this insane sandwich. I walked home like I usually do and boy do I tell you. This was insane. The first bite felt like heaven, the second bite was some how even better. This is the perfect sandwich and I migh have to take a nap it is so good. This is the place to go, I have never been to a place I have to constantly revist just because of how good it is. Never disapoints. I am dissapointed in the community for never having this place packed. This place deserves everything and more. Love this location!!! “Happened upon this restaurant while visiting Port Jefferson. And glad we did. Got here early enough that we could get a table right away. Steve took great care of us without being overbearing. We started off with the stuffed mushrooms, which were so freaking good. For main course my husband got the Chicken & Sausage Scarpiello, and I had the Veal Scallopini - both were delicious. We finished off sharing the Rainbow Cookie Cheesecake. This exceeded my expectations. Everything was so good that my husband wants to go back tomorrow!“
