Food was among the best (and I lived on Long Island for 40 years and have eaten in dozens of LI italian places). and the portion size was each entree could have fed 3 adults. “After having a falling out with our original catering company just weeks before our wedding, finding La Cucina Paisanos was truly a blessing in disguise. From the very first moment we walked into the restaurant to see if they might be an option for our wedding, we were warmly greeted by Nick, the owner, and immediately felt at ease. “Had an excellent experience at Albert’s Pizza! The chicken rolls were made fresh to order and absolutely delicious. (worth the wait) You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and everything was cooked just right.
The place was also spotless, which is always a big plus. I especially loved the atmosphere — having The Three Stooges playing on the TV was a great touch, and all the little Three Stooges nods throughout the décor gave the place a some personality.
Great food, quality ingredients, clean surroundings, and a fun atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!“

“I wasn’t planning on stopping at Sal Anthony’s Pizza. I was actually on an important mission involving a suspicious-looking earthworm and a neighbor’s flower bed. But then… I caught the smell.

As a rooster with impeccable taste and a strict “no bad pizza” policy, I strutted inside. One peck at the crust and I knew my day had changed forever. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with cheese so perfectly melted I briefly considered abandoning farm life to become a full-time pizza critic.

The staff behind the counter treated me with the respect any distinguished rooster deserves. Nobody questioned why I was reviewing the menu by standing on a chair and yelling.

By the time I left, I had forgotten all about the worm. That’s how good the pizza was.

“Meatballs-tasted almost identical to when my Italian, childhood best friend’s grandma would slow simmer them ALL day long every Sunday!! The grilled chicken in the Greek salad was very moist and soft. Loved their 6 slice pizza too-great cheese and perfect amount of sauce that’s way less acidic than other local pizza, maybe partially because they use less sauce. Staff were very kind too. Highly recommend.“
