“Where do I even begin, Elaine’s might be the best experience we have had at a restaurant, period the end! We had Debbie as our host, who was very kind and attentive, she had top tier suggestions for any kind of food, cigars, and atmosphere we were searching for. We also met a wonderful couple at the bar who were super friendly and gave us some great tips for when we attend the US Open. Isaiah was an awesome waiter who brought us our food and drinks with perfect timing, kudos to the chef for an outstanding meal, the owners who we also got the opportunity to meet and have a familiar conversation with about our home MA, and the bartenders who made amazing drinks to top it all off! What a great environment they have created at Elaine’s, we will be back for another meal tomorrow night!“

“I can not believe that this restaurant has been here on Main Street in Port Jefferson Village for over 20 years and I never ate there!!! This is my new Favorite place to eat. “We catered for 100 people from Branchanelli’s earlier this month. All of the food was delicious. It was fresh and hot when we picked it up. The tray of calamari was crispy and you can tell it was just cooked. Our guests kept telling us how much they enjoyed their dinner.“

“Pizza and calzones are always burnt, effecting the taste. Even when you ask the staff to cook it lightly, they still burn them. Calzones have way too much mozzarella cheese, and not enough ricotta cheese. Burnt is the norm here. Staff are friendly.“

Our waiter William who is ElSalvadorian and Italian was excellent. He speaks Spanish Italian and English and it was a pleasure to speak with him. We would recommend this restaurant. “First time here... I was in the mood for pizza and husband wanted a meal for a late lunch.
Place is clean and fresh, seated right away. Ordered martini's and they were nice and cold filled to the top.
I ordered off the menu, a thin crust Margareta person pizza and he got Pasta Bolgnese, super delicious, fresh basil. They serve a little bread basket with fresh oil, herbs and olives, and also fruit infused water which was great in a hot day.
The staff is excellent and attentive and the atmosphere was cozy.

The grilled chicken in the Greek salad was very moist and soft. Loved their 6 slice pizza too-great cheese and perfect amount of sauce that’s way less acidic than other local pizza, maybe partially because they use less sauce. Staff were very kind too. A lot of to go orders from other places cheap out on portions but this was possibly more than would get in restaurant.
