Fast Food Restaurants near Corning

“Service here is usually quick and the employees are generally friendly. The food is often "so-so". This past time it was luke warm, but still tasted ok. The dining area is clean, as are the bathrooms. It's definitely a decent fast food location.

Parking: Plenty of parking available

Kid-friendliness: They have kid's meals, or you can get a biggie bag for about the same price (and it has more food in it).“

“Burger King might be my favorite Burger fast food chain! Something about their beef actually tastes like a good real burger, and this location was no exception. I came in very hungry after a long morning of walking a lot, and had a Tripple Whopper. That really hit the spot, and I was charged enough for the rest of the very busy intense day. I came here with my family and they all also seemed to like it. Great place, tasty and fast service, and not that pricey!“

“We had a bus load of tourists almost 50 people coming in on July 25 1 pm and both the ladies at the counter did such a fantastic job of making sandwiches everyone. Extremely fast and efficient and warm and friendly. Amy and Kailey - the hosts at the counter were absolutely wonderful. Will bisit again and again whenever possible. 👍“

“Food was good. The service was okay. But the atmosphere was like an old dive bar or something. Looked like it was pieced together with whatever pizza hut had leftover. Had rolls of paper towels for napkins on the tables. So safe to say not very fancy lol“

“Hands down friendliest staff EVER!!! Food was meticulously made and very fresh. We dont have Arbys close to our home so we take advantage to eat at Arbys when we travel. Some Arbys store can be a bit disappointing but this store have good food - its super clean and the staff are FANTASTIC. Job well done - big DING DING on the customer satisfaction bell. Karen was right, I leave too many bad reviews, this will be my final edit. I'm changing my review from one star to 5 stars because today my fiance and I came through the drive through (to my chagrin as I was sworn off this location due to Zach and his BS) and we had the SAME EXACT ISSUE my fiance ordered a double cheeseburger plain with an extra slice of cheese. When we got it it had ketchup mustard pickle onion. So we turned around came back through let them know through the speaker that our order has been messed up and that it was supposed to be plain, they said no worries pull up to the second window. This is were we met Katie and McDonalds if you're reading this you need more managers like Katie.

It took me longer to write this review then it did for Katie to give us a new burger with the correct toppings, and she even offered to make us something else to make up for it! Which honestly just the fact that she fixed it without issue was more than enough for me because like I said I was sworn off this location because of Zach.

In any case my faith in this branch has been restored. We love you Katie you deserve a raise. Exemplary service!

Hey let's add to this since I'm big mad

The manager Zach, after messing up my entire order, after I paid for my food, asked me if I would like to pay for an extra slice of cheese that I already ordered, after not having half the things I ordered and neglecting to tell me after I already paid. As if it were my fault they forgot to ring up the extra slice of cheese. And when when I understandably got upset about it (charged 1 dollar to my charge anyways) Zach proceeded to get huffy about it and tell me all about how he had to charge me for a slice of cheese (even after waiting to tell me after I paid that he didn't have the ingredients for another burger in my order)

I get home and the order is entirely wrong, ketchup and mustard on things that aren't supposed to have them the only thing that was right was the fries but at this point I'm surprised those were right. I call in and ask for a refund since my entire order is wrong and Zach once again gets all huffy and unprofessional and refuses to give me the number to corporate. I promptly tell him off and decide to write the pretty tame and mediocre review listed below.

Over a slice of cheese :) well, also the entire order being wrong amongst other things, just drive the extra few minutes to the corning location, they are way better

“I would normally recommend this particular Burger King but today I’m having second thoughts. Got a Whopper Meal with a coupon. Good deal. Meal came quickly. However, fries weren’t even lukewarm. Whopper bun broke apart, piece by piece—maybe because too much sauce. I’ve never had that happen before. Staff was pleasant.“

“This is the closest Taco Ball to my house, and I usually pick up mobile orders through the drive through. My orders are correct 9/10 of the time, and the staff is always very friendly. Today I stopped in to eat.

I was immediately taken aback by how clean and organized the place was. There was none of that usual fast food grit, and the staff was cleaning counters, floors, and cabinets when I picked up my food. My tacos were way better than usual, super crispy and cheesey cantina chicken tacos. Usually I rush to eat in a fast food dining room, but I was very comfortable taking my time eating and enjoying my meal. The kitchen seemed to be running smoothly, drive through orders were coming out quickly from how fast cars were rolling through, and none of the employees I saw looked haggard and miserable. Obviously I can't know if that is true without talking to them, but an overworked and miserable employee has a certain look to them. None of this staff had that look.

A staff member who I have to assume was the manager, Kallie, came by to check on me while she cleaned and introduced herself. I was just telling a friend through text that I needed to leave a review when she did, so that really sealed the deal.

I don't know what is going on at this location, but I hope they keep it up. I would go out of my way for this level of service and cleanliness without question. Their drive through service was already fantastic but this is the best dining room experience I've had at a fast food joint in years.“

“Chris made my subs tonight and was great! Very attentive to detail and confirmed ingredients before adding them to my subs. I asked what he would suggest for a sub since I wanted to try something new and it was delicious. He was very pleasant and professional.“
