“Just arrived from Florida after driving the last 12 hours. We were extremely hungry and Buddy Boys was the first place we stopped. They were in the process of closing for the evening but let us in! I couldn't thank them enough. They were so accommodating. The salad and pizza were delicious and the owner's lovely. Will go there often during our stay. Oh, by the way, we were on our way to Tosi's. I guess we didn't make it!“

“Very nice, cute, little, homey vegan pizza shop in Beacon. It's nice to see a fully vegan spot in Beacon though you'd never guess. This pizza is absolutely delicious. It's a small operation by one guy so the menu is limited but great. But because of this, he's only open 3 days a week which makes it hard to make it here sometimes but worth the trip. The ingredients seem incredibly fresh and it's not too heavy. I saw every table of 2 finish a pie. I think there are still some improvements that could be made such as cooking in the oven just a bit less and making the crust a touch thicker but overall this pizza was absolutely delicious and worth trying.“

The slices are just the best, just grab a few napkins if you’re a slice folder, TRUST ME, and wrap the end that’s in your palm! However, our experience last Wednesday was unexpectedly disappointing. My steak salad was stale, with dry steak and anchovies that had an off-putting smell. The salad itself was soggy, and the shrimp did not taste fresh. Meanwhile, my husband's pizza was overly salty and overcooked. We're hoping this was just an isolated incident, as we've always had positive experiences in the past. We believe in giving them another chance and are hopeful that it was simply a rough day for the chef.“

The menu had a number of items that were reasonably priced for that time of day, ordered a salad which turned out to be a very nice size portion. My friend ordered the soup of the day, which I believe was pasta fagiolled and she liked it very much. She had a hard time deciding on what to order for lunch. Not wanting to eat too heavy and many options and suggestions were offered. Waitress was very kind and attentive. I placed an order for delivery one day and Carlos (the owner) also put a cup f Parmesan cheese in with my order. When I saw him the next day I mentioned it to him and his response was “ your my customer and I know what my customers like. I honestly overate because it was just that good! It came with three sides; salsa, sour cream and guacamole. I'm particular about my guacamole but there's was perfect👌. The restaurant is clean, easy to get to and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. I didn't wait too long for my dinner and they were on the ball with staying on top of drinks and checking in. “Ordered food a few days ago from another restaurant and it was disgusting, but didn’t want to complain. Anyways I decided to order from my favorite pizza place, which is Westbrook Pizza and I was very happy. The Chicken Parm was absolutely delicious as always. Also didn’t know they even had Zeppoli’s until I asked and those were the best ones I’ve had in a long time. Their service is excellent as well! I highly recommend! 10/10!“

“We needed a place for a special dinner for about 15 people after a funeral. Even though the "fancier" part of the restaurant is generally only open at night, Danny (the owner) opened early for us in the middle of the afternoon. The food was delicious. The service was attentive, but not overbearing. This was important after a funeral because we all wanted to spend time talking and visiting with each other, not just eat and get out. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and antipasto plate for the table. Both were so good we had to get another batch of each. Everyone ordered what they wanted from the menu, so we had a wide range of dishes. Everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy what they ordered. Good wine selection, too. They really took care of us. I highly recommend.“

“We get the Grandma Pie to go and it is always excellent. The crust is crunchy and it doesn't have too much cheese. We really haven't tried anything else there. It is a small business and the people there are always friendly and nice.“
