“This place is the best pho I know of on LI, east of the Queens border. The food is always fresh, and they accommodate special requests with courtesy and care. The portions are generous and proper, too, particularly in this age of shrinkflation. Smithtown is a little far for me, but this is the ONLY-where i go when i need pho.“

“I went there for a group meeting and they were so accommodating - made me a custom egg sandwich with a gluten free bun (which was so good, more like a biscuit, I highly recommend)!! Everyone is so friendly there and everyone loved their food, coffee, drinks and smoothies!!“

“Best pupusas I’ve had!! Stopped by while charging my car at the Tesla charger down the street. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Also had their beef soup (wonderful) and brought home their fried chicken and carne asada. Everything is flavorful and delicious and cooked perfectly. If I lived nearby I’d be here all the time!“

“A nice place to go for a coffee or a bite to eat. Mon. through Fri. during the afternoon hours there is a woman working who takes care of the coffee among her other duties. Panera is lucky to have her. She is always working hard and the coffee is always fresh and tasty. She is also friendly and personable with the customers . Just hope the management know what a gem they have in her.“

“A really tasty General tso’s chicken coupled with a shrimp roll which i forgot to take a photo of. The food was super hot and the sauce was just the right amount of sweet however i should have asked for a bit more spice. The white rice was soft and fluffy.“

“I cannot rave more about this restaurant and especially their catering! We recently catered with Mogu Commack for a gathering at my house. The catering manager, John and his team were outstanding. The food was delicious. The service amazing. John helped me craft a special menu that pleased everyone, even the most picky eaters (kids and adults!). I got compliments all night on how great the food was. Even better, the process and pick up was easy! Highly recommend for any function you have, large or small, or just takeout!“

“food is amazing- however I had a very unpleasant experience. One of the first few times I ordered delivery from them I was about to give my card number and I just picked the card up from my lap and while I was doing that the lady yelled into my ear "hellooo" it was a loud and long hello and i apologized, it was just one split second and I just can't believe the impatience someone can have if they're in the customer service business.If your going to ask if the customer if there still there just do it politely. I love the food here and this establishment just learn some manners please.“

“Went here for the first time in years. Ordered boneless spareribs with extra sauce. They were perfect. Wherever I go I order my boneless ribs the same way with extra sauce and even if it says it on the ticket they don’t have extra sauce. This place did it perfectly, if I could give more stars I would.“

“We go to this Panera often and it’s great. Tonight we ordered delivery bc of chaotic kids schedules and DoorDash messed up but Jason was awesome and called them back and insisted they send a new driver and also gave us free cookies to make up for the delay, even though it wasn’t Panera’s fault. He made my kids night!“

“Great employees that really care about their customers! I placed a pickup order on the Panera app earlier today. Somehow, I managed to order a half sandwich with the bread, the meat, and the cheese removed! Thank goodness the employee with my order decided to call me up to check if this is indeed I wanted. I was able to get my order corrected by this wonderful caring Panera employee in just a few seconds. So, I received a tasty and nutritious sandwich with meat, bread and cheese! Thank you!“

“They are the best chinese take out chinese restaurant in the area.
A small family run restaurant, the owners are friendly, kitchen is clean. They are 5 minutes from Tanger outlet. Their food ( taste and price) are way better than eat in the Tanger outlet.
We brought some egg rolls, cheese wonton and boneless ribs combo.“
