“We hadn't been in 7ish yrs and we're looking for somewhere to go after hiking at Thatcher Park. They were so accommodating, letting us try samples to decide what we'd like. Bonus... musician Mike Herman, So-Lo, who was wonderful to listen to. We will be back for sure and highly recommend!“

“We come here all the time. Not many places in Schoharie can compare to Dairy Carnival, the food and ice cream is incredible and quality made, especially the homemade ice cream sandwiches. The staff are polite and well trained, always happy to serve. The inside looks well cleaned.They have a play area that is great for kids. They even offer ice cream for pups! Love love love this friendly fast food and ice cream establishment.“

“Recently hosted a private party here. What a fantastic expirence! Nicole the manager was fantastic to work with and helped with the planning, set up and take down. The bartender Leanna was great and very friendly as well. We would rent this venue time and time again for more parties. We will be back!“
