“I went to The Scene this morning with my daughter in law and two granddaughters It’s a very charming place with cute decor. The service was excellent. My DIL and one of my granddaughters ordered from the lunch menu — a delicious panino and a yummy wrap. My other granddaughter ordered the Nutella Waffle. It was amazing. Alas, I ordered the avocado toast and it was very disappointing. It was very skimpy — very little avocado on one slice of bread. No poached eggs or burratta on the side. No fresh fruit. Very boring. Just seemed like an afterthought. I’ll be returning but will never order the avocado toast again.“

After many visits getting my normal go to menu items like shrimp scampi that I love I decided at last weeks visit to ask the waitress for recommendations. “I do not recommend this place at all. Over priced frozen dinners from the corner store. Wait time to get dinner 2 hours and 36 mins. If you want a drink you have to wait 45 mins to get a simple soda. Our waiter AJ kicked butt. He was super busy. We even offered to help clean table off. The manger was a grumpy and hard to work with. We ordered wings for appetizers and it took 1 hour and 35 mins. Definitely never coming back.“
