“My wife FaceTimed me when she was in there to show how clean the restaurant was. In which everything that I saw in the kitchen was clean and we appreciated the fact that gloves were worn! My food was sitting out for approximately four hours before it got to me and the flavor of the chicken was still on point! It was very crispy and juicy still! The French fried did get soft (not soggy) but they were still good as well! The strawberry lemonade was very good the perfect bitter sweetness with a hint of sourness. They accommodated putting the strawberry flavor in the regular lemonade when what was spoken wasn’t properly understood! Definitely had a great experience while order was being placed and made although I was only on face time.“

“For fast food chicken, we are KFC fans and after trying the others, are still KFC fans. The others tend to taste oily to me, and that upsets my stomach. Deals are great, Always a good special. We order delivery and they are the fastest as far as receiving food. That's a big plus. Prices are reasonable compared to the other options. My only complaint is the little sauce tubs!! Why so tiny?? This is chicken!! Not French Fries. And just 2 or 3 per dinner order?? C'mon!! Either get bigger sizes or toss those babies into the sack!! By the way - still love the packaging for the KFC Dinner Packs!! Yum!!“

“Everything was great and cheaper cost than a chicken sandwich combo elsewhere. Fresh chicken made to order, not frozen. Great sauces and fries too! Staff was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!“

Like most fast food, Chik Fil A is very consistent from location to location- perhaps a bit more so than McDonald’s/Burger King. I’m guessing corporate policy and directives makes that a point when it comes to training staff.

Food is decent. Simple and consistent. Staff is polite. For the frequent lines I’ve never seen a Fast food chain that has such a well oiled system to move said line- which is great for the customer. Maybe because it seems they don’t purposely cut labor to increase profits at the expense of quality.
