“Absolutely the creamiest, dreamiest soft-serve custard in the Buffalo area. Native to Western New York, I relocated to California twenty years ago. I'm sorry to report: "soft-serve" in the Golden State is a poor excuse for the real thing. It's got no structure--your tongue cuts right through it in about three licks. Also, I'm pretty sure their cows aren't as happy as they claim to be. So, whenever I go home for a visit, PJ Cools is my first and final stop.This custard is rich, sweet, and silky on your tongue. The texture is similar to softened butter--it melts slowly in your mouth. One cone comes complete with a thousand pleasant memories. What's more, the interior of this place is an explosion of kitsch: old-fashioned cartoons and advertisements line the walls.If you live anywhere near this magic little shack, don't take it for granted. Grab the wife, the kids, your Mom, your Grandma and whoever else you can think of, load them in the car and get there before another second slips by.“

“After having the best latte I have ever had in Buffalo in my life (the Valentine’s Day mocha with oat milk) I came here to leave a 5 ⭐️ review…they also have the best selection of GF desserts I have ever seen. I went here with my parents (my mom has a terminal form of cancer and not sure how long she has left)…they were equally as obsessed with the food and coffee as I was and we cannot wait to come back. I only wish I had gone here sooner. (P.S.
