“I always have such a great experience here that I come back again and again, and confirm that the excellent service isn’t a one-time thing — it seems to be the culture at this location.

What makes this even more impressive is that I had actually come from the Scarsdale Chipotle, where they had run out of multiple items around 9:30 PM, more than an hour before closing. I understand there was a BOGO promotion going on and demand was probably higher than usual, but I was still surprised to see essentials like sour cream unavailable that early in the evening.

When I arrived here, the experience couldn’t have been more different.

Frankie was incredibly gracious serving me and went above and beyond when the restaurant had run out of chicken. Instead of simply saying “we’re out,” the team made a fresh batch even though it was close to closing time. That kind of customer service deserves recognition.

I also want to recognize some outstanding team members:

• Atiana – always there, always helpful, and one of the main reasons this location runs so smoothly. She consistently provides great service and makes customers feel welcome.

• Frankie – exceptionally gracious, hospitable, and customer-focused. The effort he put into helping customers was truly appreciated.

• Yemeli – always kind, friendly, and helpful. Every interaction has been positive.

• Juan B – an expert on the grill. The fresh chicken was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared.

• Joseph – always energetic, enthusiastic, and brings a positive attitude that makes the restaurant feel welcoming.

The common thread is that everyone here seems to genuinely care. They take pride in their work, support each other, and make the extra effort when many places would simply say “sorry, we’re out.”

I almost don’t want to write this review because I’d like to keep this location a secret! 😂 But great employees deserve recognition. Thank you to Atiana, Frankie, Yemeli, Juan B, Joseph, and the entire team for consistently delivering outstanding service and reminding customers what great hospitality looks like.

“Beautiful Venezuelan restaurant in New Rochelle with an amazing atmosphere, live band on Saturday nights, and a super Instagram worthy aesthetic. We came with our 5 year old and had a great experience.

Drinks were around $16, apps ranged from $5–20, and the $60 mixed grill was absolutely worth it. As a mixologist, I loved the passion fruit and classic mojitos. Very authentic, fresh, and served with a flower.

Food was amazing, Catarina gave us great service, and they even gave us complimentary shots at the end of the night. We also got lucky with street parking right out front 😂 Definitely coming back.“

The women’s bathroom is strange because, in every stall, the toilet paper dispenser is placed so that your leg touches the plastic while you’re sitting on the toilet, and you essentially pull the toilet paper into your lap. Clean otherwise!“

“Day trip with the girls who have lived in New York and know the difference between frozen store bought burgers and fresh off the press. The service was excellent and knowledgeable. The customer before us had a six hour drive back to wherever and the girls in the back gave her specific instructions and were very kind. As a first timer- I was impressed that someone would drive that many hours- she had 2 big boxes in her hands!

“This is a good Mexican Burrito spot in Middletown, good quality food, good service.

I ordered a Make-Your-Own Burrito and it was delicious, reasonably priced too, it all depends on what kind of protein you choose that will determine the overall cost for your order. And the atmosphere of the place was solid to dine in.

The menu has a good variety as well, more so in comparison to Chipotle I have to say.

Overall a good Mexican Burrito/food, spot, I recommend giving it a go if you are in Middletown, Pearl River area. Would order/visit again.“

“Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.“

Ok, we sat down and waited, being very, very hungry. He told us explains that he makes you wait 30 minutes. “Alright, to start off I didn’t have the willpower to take a picture of my Colombian burger before the first bite and by the time I realized what had happened there was nothing but sauce and a fever dream. Bun was good quality, fresh crisp lettuce with a slight snap. Sauce had a good amount but with how perfectly cooked and juicy the burger’s 6 ounces of beef was it didn’t need it. Potato sticks and bacon had a good synergy with the caramelized onions. My order came with fries that were seasoned well and had a nice crisp exterior while not being overcooked. Overall, the symphony of flavors orchestrated at this location is a masterclass in what Colombian street food should be. This is the first Colombian restaurant in the last year that has not left me disappointed in my dining experience. I’m excited to see what flavors I can explore next and what the maestro will have in store.“

“The drive-thru experience at this location early this week was made even better by Joel who was outside, attentive, and ready to take orders. He verified the order, offered suggestions, and gave great descriptions of their main entrees to someone who usually only gets kids meals for the kids. The manager was incredibly friendly and she was seen working right along with their team. Food tasted fresh and the fries were perfectly salted with the right balance of crispy and soft. Shakes were also well-blended and the ice cream machine always works. Excellent location, service, and food.
