“I always have such a great experience here that I come back again and again, and confirm that the excellent service isn’t a one-time thing — it seems to be the culture at this location.

What makes this even more impressive is that I had actually come from the Scarsdale Chipotle, where they had run out of multiple items around 9:30 PM, more than an hour before closing. I understand there was a BOGO promotion going on and demand was probably higher than usual, but I was still surprised to see essentials like sour cream unavailable that early in the evening.

When I arrived here, the experience couldn’t have been more different.

Frankie was incredibly gracious serving me and went above and beyond when the restaurant had run out of chicken. Instead of simply saying “we’re out,” the team made a fresh batch even though it was close to closing time. That kind of customer service deserves recognition.

I also want to recognize some outstanding team members:

• Atiana – always there, always helpful, and one of the main reasons this location runs so smoothly. She consistently provides great service and makes customers feel welcome.

• Frankie – exceptionally gracious, hospitable, and customer-focused. The effort he put into helping customers was truly appreciated.

• Yemeli – always kind, friendly, and helpful. Every interaction has been positive.

• Juan B – an expert on the grill. The fresh chicken was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared.

• Joseph – always energetic, enthusiastic, and brings a positive attitude that makes the restaurant feel welcoming.

The common thread is that everyone here seems to genuinely care. They take pride in their work, support each other, and make the extra effort when many places would simply say “sorry, we’re out.”

I almost don’t want to write this review because I’d like to keep this location a secret! 😂 But great employees deserve recognition. Thank you to Atiana, Frankie, Yemeli, Juan B, Joseph, and the entire team for consistently delivering outstanding service and reminding customers what great hospitality looks like.

The Nashville Loaded Fries are an absolute must try perfectly crispy, generously loaded, and bursting with flavor. And the cheeseburgers? Easily one of the best I’ve had. Fresh ingredients, juicy patties, soft buns, and every bite is packed with quality.

A special appreciation goes to Anshrah at the front desk. She is the kind of person every restaurant hopes to have as the first face customers see. Her warm smile, professionalism, and genuine kindness make every guest feel welcomed and valued. She goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience, and her positive attitude truly reflects the high standards of Home Frite.

It’s rare to find a place that excels in both food and customer service, but Home Frite has mastered both. If you’re looking for unforgettable burgers, incredible Nashville Loaded Fries, and hospitality that makes you want to come back, this is the place. A well deserved 5 stars. “This is one of those places you tell all of your friends and family about. I haven’t tried a single thing on the menu that I’ve disliked. Some of my favorites include the Pappou’s Garden Salad and the Chicken Gyro Melt (special mention for the seasonal watermelon salad too). The staff goes above and beyond and the inside always looks clean and tidy. “Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.“

The women’s bathroom is strange because, in every stall, the toilet paper dispenser is placed so that your leg touches the plastic while you’re sitting on the toilet, and you essentially pull the toilet paper into your lap. Clean otherwise!“

“Day trip with the girls who have lived in New York and know the difference between frozen store bought burgers and fresh off the press. The service was excellent and knowledgeable. The customer before us had a six hour drive back to wherever and the girls in the back gave her specific instructions and were very kind.
