“Three years ago, we moved from New York to Texas and I still forever miss Ritchie’s! Growing up in the small town of Amenia, my husband and I always loved grabbing a good breakfast sandwich or an easy lunch there. The hard rolls and bagels are something you just can’t find in Houston. It’s become a running joke that you’re only allowed to visit us in Texas if you bring a dozen rolls & bagels with you 😂 So incredibly thankful for the friends and family who fuel our obsession. I highly recommend a chicken cutlet sandwich on a hero with; mayo, lettuce, bacon and red onion. It’s literally the sandwich of the Gods, & created by a legend named Diogo. I highly recommend this delicatessen if you are starving and/or driving thru this one horse town called, Amenia. Fresco is great for a quick delicious bite or a hearty sandwich.
