“I have no complains about this restaurant. I placed my order in the app right in the parking lot. (This is because I forgot my bank card at home) I waited only a few minutes went in and my food was ready. Fast and friendly service. The girls working were very nice and ready to assist.“

“Met our daughter there for lunch for the first time (none of us were from the area). It was a Thursday and pretty busy. Server was great and food was good. Parking is ok. Better to go after lunch time/before dinner time. We felt the price was good for all the food we got for 3 adults...about $38 or a bit less.“

Whether it is something as simple as their dressing for their salad or it’s one of their specials, I am always impressed. “Great place, Arby's has come a long way since I was a kid in the 1970's. It now looks like Wendy's inside. This location is clean and modern. Great service and food took about 5 minutes to be ready. That's fine as it means food is not sitting around in warmers. The beef and cheddar is fantastic! I could eat two if I wasn't watching my weight. My guest had curly fries and a gyro. All excellent!“

“Just a shout out to the awesome people who work at the Cortland Burger King. The food is always fresh and hot. The employees go above and beyond to give great service. I would suggest that anyone who has posted a less than stellar review here....try them again! From my experience...you will be pleasantly surprised. :)“

“First off.. they have a bathroom, but it's out of order .. that's a problem if you bring your kids. The tables looked as if they needed a major cleaning. Food is ok. Not everything on the menu is available. The online ordering needs to be more user friendly.“
