“My wife and I visited Abandon Brewing Company on 8/31 to celebrate my 65th birthday. This was our second visit. Great service, great food and drink, a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere, and a beautiful view of Keuka Lake. I wasn't paying attention when I signed the credit card receipt (old people's attention often wanders😊) and mistakenly approved someone else's charge for $80 worth of drinks. I emailed Abandon that night when I discovered the error and Kerry responded immediately. She apologized for the mixup and refunded the entire $80 charge - excellent customer service that seems to be a rarity these days. If you haven't checked out Abandon Brewing Company yet, IMO it's well worth the drive. We'll be returning soon.“

“We had lunch at the GennyLee, out on the deck looking over the vineyards and lake. Beautiful setting and good food. Most impressive was our server, Mary! I mentioned i have a reaction to a specific food and she was understanding and attentive. She came back after I placed my order to say that what I wanted actually had the food item. She saved me from myself by listening and being proactive. Awesome!“

“My wife and I just got married at Seneca Lake Brewing Co. yesterday and I cannot say enough good things. We chose the venue a little over a year ago and Brad and Megan were with us every step of the way planning and organizing our special day and it turned out perfect! We've visited frequently over the last year and gotten to know all of the staff there. From karaoke nights, to brewing our own beer to have on tap for the reception, to my wife being invited to play trumpet for one of their live music nights, you couldn't ask for a better place to call home.
