“It was spotless when we walked in, and once we noticed that we did not have enough cash for our food the young gentleman at the counter substituted a salad for my meal so we would have enough to get both meals, his generosity is out of this world, the staff was great keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!! “I’m very upset by the new so called wrap. They did away with the regular wrap and now are using a weird type of flat bread. First off it cost the same with much less filling inside. Second ghe contents falls out if you’re lucky that the flatbread doesn’t break first..Plus it’s only been out 2 weeks and if you’re not someone who goes frequently you are shocked when after ordering at drive through you find this new but not improved version of the Buffalo chicken wrap“

“Kind of on the slow side for service but was busy drive thru. Did not like where the entrance was almost missed it not marked very well. Stickers were all over the poles, back of stop sign, and electric box leading up to the pay/pickup window not very attractive.“

“Long drive-thru wait, but always freshly made, especially the potato cakes! It seems I never get the correct packets tho, which is odd. Perhaps, they cannot hear with their headphones on. Wish they would give the drink tho while you wait on the food, it would make the long wait better, especially if you are asked to move up!

Parking: The parking is on the right side only a you drive in, but if cars are asked to move out of drive thru two wait on order, it becomes tight.“

“Had to verify the location, ensure that this was in response to my experiences at the Fredonia/ Dunkirk location. first of all is fairly newly remodeled (as in within the last 5-10 years) so it has still maintained an efficiently clean establishment. My interactions with employees have always (pretty sure I can say that) been enjoyable, at least, not negative! Most of the employees that I speak with have to be patient (I have three young boys) and understanding - which they've always seemed to have been. Thank you! PS. They have one of those newer drink dispensers where you can choose literally any flavor anything.... Yeah. Check it out 😉👌🏽

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, ramps and electronic doors exist.. a restaurant chain such as, I'm assuming they would have to be ADA compliant..“

“I am providing a three-star rating for Atmosphere due to the presence of fruit flies in the food preparation area. While the staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous, it is imperative for the owner to address the issue of the fruit flies.“

“Melissa the manager explained everything to me about placing my online order then she was the nicest person in any food service industry I have ever met along with her driver Susie then to top it all off our food was delivered hot and fresh and honestly the best calzone I ever had in my life along with their resses cookie oh my goodness the best food I've had from this company since it's opened please order from here and ask for them you won't regret ordering food from here I guarantee you ❤️ 😀“
