“I've only had a handful of poor experiences here since the day they opened the (original) restaurant. I ordered the tuna sandwich as a melt, never had an issue before. this time, they (Tiffany) told me since I asked for it as a melt it would be $3.75 for a piece of lettuce on it, and another $3.75 for a tomato slice on each half of the melt. Both of which come on the tuna sandwich which is what's on the menu. (One would think they would only charge for the cheese, since it was asked for as a melt) The greek potatoes were over cooked mush, and I ended up taking them home, only to throw them out. Disappointing overall experience.“

All three of us commented that we could not remember a time where we had such an attentive server that was also entertaining and gracious. You are blessed and lucky to have some like him on your team. We do a monthly dinner on Main Street and are already planning on coming back to Acropolis for our September dinner (if we can find out when Anthony C is working!) “My wife and I stopped in to Amici Diner on main st in Williamsville for breakfast today. What I treat , hometown cooking at a reasonable price! I had the cowboy omelette (western) my wife had the veggie omelette. We both had hash browns, toast and coffee. “I’ve been there twice and never had a bad experience. The servers are always very friendly and fast, and the restaurant is very clean. The breadsticks come out first, always soft and well seasoned. Something I like to do is to dip the breadsticks in the Chicken & Gnocchi soup. The salad came out fast too and was also great. I always get a classic Alfredo and my favorite Creamy Mushroom sauce with my pasta. So much that I even learned how to make the Creamy Mushroom sauce at home! I just wish they have the Never Ending Pasta event all year round. Because other than that, I don’t really find Olive Garden to be affordable or a good deal for pasta, something very easy to make at home.“

“Another awesome experience, our server was Lexi and she was amazing, knew how to joke around and took our antics in stride. Extremely courteous, attentive, friendly and made our dining experience a great one. We we’re at the Transit location a month prior for a club dinner and had a great time then too. If you go and have either Lexi or Lydia as your server - just know you’re going to have a great time! They both went above and beyond. Food was good, service was incredible. Our visit was only disappointing in the fact that we had to leave. I don’t eat out often but the last 2 times I’ve chosen Olive Garden on Transit and do not regret it at all. Hopefully those servers are there the next time we go!“

“Usually hit Ted's up quiet a few times. Well today was the last. The new kiosks coupled with the not so personal staff has capped off me and my family never eating there again. Loved when you ordered with the cook, watched your hot grilled the way you like it (extra dark) to being able to have the employee place more or less of the condiments on your item. Today's order came out sub par cooked the way we like them. The poor girl has to keep turning around to look what condiments go on what item. I can tell you alot of people came back up with wrongly prepared item in the short time we were there. One size of fries which were too much for my girlfriend to finish. Might as well just go to McDonalds if you want a standard made item. All to save what, two employees salary? No personal touch any more. Well it looks like Tony's Bayview or Taffys from now on. 😔 😟 😊“

“The absolute BEST pizza we have ever had. Ordering and waiting did kinda feel like waiting in a gymnasium full of high school kids. They were busy yes, but there was a lot of just leaning and chatting too. The flavor and quality of the pizza made up for it.

Dietary restrictions: Best gluten free crust ever! However, on our salad , they weren't familiar with the ingredients of the dressing.“

“Everything I've ever tried at Mayback's has been delicious. From the breakfast pizza to the regular pizza. This is one of the only places in the 716 that makes good chicken fingers (the honey mustard ones are divine) and a good cheese steak. The fish fry is the best I've had in years. If you want a real treat try the turkey sub with pickles and extra meat. The freshest salads I've ever had. Food is amazing, prices are great, and everyone who works there is friendly. They've got something for everyone. Easily my favorite place to get food in Buffalo.“

While the food comes out fresh and hot (or cold, however you ordered) the price is a bit outrageous. $60 for 4 subs and a side of fries!? Not to mention that sometimes my sub comes with something I didn’t ask for, mainly lettuce. Wish the employee would repeat the order back to double check. The food is delicious, I recommend the fish fry! Mainly gets subs here, but occasionally get the fish or a salad - very rarely get pizza here, but it is delicious when I do!“

“So I did a rapid pickup via the app. When I got to the store to look on the shelf my food was already gone. When I asked at counter, manager check and told me someone must of took it and was super apologetic. I doubt it was someone accidentally taking the wrong one, my name would have been on the bag and there are not many with my last name. They re-made it all super quick, and upgraded my drink. They were super kind about and offered my a cookie too. The manager apologized again when she handed me my food, I told her it’s all good. It was was out of their control, but they handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.“
