“Delicious food, nice staff“

“I went to The Harbor Light with my grandfather who is hard of hearing. I cannot tell you how accommodating the staff was. We originally sat in an area where he was unable to hear well. The owner Bernadette and the server Annie opened up a whole other section in the restaurant for us that was quieter. They were so kind and we enjoyed a lovely lunch. I would definitely recommend this place. They truly care about their patrons. Thank you Harbor Light!“

“My family wanted to try a new place for dinner this weekend and Jamesons was it. The atmosphere is warm and inviting so we felt comfortable the moment we walked in. Our waitress Sarah was great...super friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered the French Onion soup (excellent) and Pretzel Sticks (ok) as appetizers. The French Onion soup ($12) was very delicious but the pretzel sticks ($12) we probably wouldnt order again. There were 2 Pretzels to the order which my wife and I thought was a little pricey for what they were. My 7 year old ordered the chicken fingers and fries which were better than I had expected them to be. My wife ordered the Fish and Chips ($25) - super tasty, very fresh, and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Reuben ($24) super yummy which was a special for the evening. My wife and I both agreed after sharing that both meals were excellent. Key Lime Pie and a cappuccino finshed us off both of which did not disappoint. Overall, food and presentation were top notch and the service was excellent ---Thanks again Sarah! My wife and I both felt it was a little pricey but we would definitely go back.“

“At first, I really enjoyed this bar upon entering. Soft country music was playing in the background and beers were reasonably priced. I overheard one guy yell that he wanted to hear some Metallica, so I figured I'd play some songs on the jukebox. Well, jukebox ate my money, said it was playing my songs, but nothing! Then, blonde haired bartender (who looked like you had to pay her just to smile) decided to just turn off the music altogether and put on the TVs at full volume for some boring soccer game. I am so tired of bars blasting soccer games rather than music! Therefore, I left. They would have made a lot more money from me if they only kept the music on. I will give it another chance later this summer and hope for a better experience. Please be a dive bar, not a soccer bar!“

“I have been a customer of Austin’s Ale House for many years, I know them well they know me well. This year I decided to give the excellent and highly favored family cooking team a break and had Austin’s Ale House cater our Christmas Dinner. I went with the ham dinner for 10 to feed 7 people🤣. The ordering was done with ease and so was the pick up. The family did a preliminary tasting...... LOVED .IT and whatever we have left after the “taste test” will have to serve as our Christmas Dinner. Since the taste test was so aggressive we may need to supplement what’s left with a few cheese omelets 🤣. We enjoyed it so much there was much talk about it becoming the new family tradition. The place was kind of empty but we were pleasantly greeted by Chris who gave us great service and was quite funny. A great bartender for sure, I would come back here just for him. “First time here and I can't wait to go back. We sat outdoors and admired the picturesque surroundings. It was pretty busy for lunchtime on a Thursday. My friend ordered the poke salad and I ordered the tuna tacos, which were very delicious and just the right amount. Service was quick and friendly. I was able to get a parking spot in the small lot and my friend parked in the small lot across the street -- someone sitting outside the lot tells you where to park. All in all, I am very impressed with this restaurant. The prices might be on the high side, but you can order the reasonably priced dishes like we did and be extremely satisfied.

“July 2024 Edit: The food is always great but can't say the same for the service. However, the service was ON POINT Saturday evening, the 27th. The staff was attentive, and the food came out quick. Granted, the restaurant was very empty with only 2 people at the bar (including me) , but none the less, I was pleasantly surprised! Keep it up, Hangar!

Has good music, food, and drinks but the staff there SUCKSSSSS. There's one bartender that's really good but other than him, they all need to be retrained on professionalism and how to be attentive. Thankfully I don't go often.“
