“I recently tried Cheesecake Machismo for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS! By far the best cheesecake I have ever had and I consider myself a cheesecake snob. My family tried: Ube, Hot Cousin-Peach Cobbler, Butter Rum Apple, Caramel Toffee, Cherry Amaretto, and Strawberry. My favorites were Caramel Toffee and Cherry Amaretto and my husband loved the Hot Cousin and Cherry Amaretto! An absolute must try!“

“We had a great experience with Grace for our wedding cake! She answered messages promptly and was so pleasant to work with. She also graciously hosted a cake tasting for me and my fiancé as opposed to putting the samples in a box for us to pick up. The cake itself was outstanding in both taste and appearance and we received many compliments on it. She made one whole tier gluten free as well. She also delivers the cake to the venue herself and is prepared for any mishaps. The best part is she will bake a cake for free on your first anniversary, so we didn’t have to worry about freezing the top layer of our cake. Highly recommend!!!“

“The cakes I get from here are amazing. I don’t normally leave reviews but after my 4th cake from them I had to. My son just turned 2 and I’ve used them for his gender reveal, first birthday my current pregnancy gender reveal and now second birthday. The cake is always so moist and delicious and they execute my vision always. The most recent cake the characters got a little melted but it was a hot day when I picked it up. Still looked lovely and tasted amazing. Guests always compliment it“

“Love their bread and rolls, we usually get subs at our favorite Italian Deli and they use their rolls. Lately I’ve been afraid to get the rolls because I have an allergy to malted barley. It seems to be in every single baked good. I did call Prinzo today and lucky for me, They told me there was no malted barley flour in their breads. I’m looking forward to having one of my favorites again soon!“
“Born and raised in the Schenectady county, I grew up LOVING Freigofers! For the love of me I can’t remember the name of my favorite cinnamon rolls they made. I believe they had a cinnamon/ sugar crumble maybe like pecan or something crushed up with it on the top! Does anybody remember the name of those cinnamon rolls? Or a recipe? I crave them monthly.“

“Love love love everything about this sweet little cafe! They have a perfectly small menu, milk alternatives, and the owner is a nice young woman, running the whole place with one other person! I love supporting small businesses like this, especially when the espresso is strong and delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the treats are unique.
I'll be stopping by again tomorrow and the next day before I go back home!“

“Thank you for making the best wedding cake for my daughter's wedding. It was absolutely the best cake we ALL ever had. So many people complimented on the cake and wanted to know where we got the cake from. It really was the best cake we ever had!!“
“The boys on the shunt trucks are the best. They come driving to you before you end up in a wrong spot, check your papers and lead you to the dock. I was late for the appointment, so probably took longer than usual, 4 hours. Overnight parking available. Spacious backing. Overall good place if you are delivering at your 8 or 10.“

“This is a very good restaurant in located in a very good mall. Which attracts local customers from all over capital district area, Albany. Schenectady. So much cities around capitalistic area and the shop is very clean and very nice. It looks pretty wonderful but the people need to learn little communication skill and a house smile on their face, so the customers can attract and more customer can visit. “OMG, just thinking about the food here makes my mouth water. Today I was blessed enough to have the BBQ quesadilla with a side of fries. I have to say the way the pulled pork, banana peppers and cheese, topped with a wonderful BBQ sauce in a crisp quesadilla blended together in my mouth was blissful. Now, I know what you are thinking with the side of fries, how ordinary, but no, these are nicely seasoned, cooked to perfection french fries and a lot of them. So please don't ruin them with ketchup. I continue to be impressed each time I visit and that alone will keep me coming back. Keep up the great work!!“
