“Dunkin’ Donuts is and always will be a favorite of mine. The strawberry frosted and the jelly donuts are the best donuts ever. The Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich is also very good. The food isn’t expensive as expected, but there is a tiny space for improvement. The coffee isn’t super good, but if I had to get it, I’d get it. The atmosphere isn’t super impressive, but I see more people use the drive thru, so it’s fine. Most Dunkin’ Donuts shops in Upstate NY are in pretty locations, but this one seems better, it’s near a traffic circle, in front of a forest, and with grass surrounding it with trees. Truly beautiful. This place is amazing. (Sorry for not taking photos, my phone was at low battery)“

“Just want to thank the manager young women with blonde hair for such great customer service. I had a issue and i never have a issue i called she literally drove to my job to drop me off a fresh sand which and some donuts I told her she didn’t have to do that and she still came here witch was so awesome i didn’t get her name but she was so awesome. “The coffee and chocolate cookies were so good we had to run it back twice in the same weekend. The chocolate chip cookies were FANTASTIC, TERRIFIC, SPECTACULAR! The ambience was so beautiful, loved the green and bronze accents. Lots of seating in different areas throughout that gave different vibes, including outdoor seating. & the service was great. Staff were inviting, friendly, and patient. All signs of great customer service!“
