The food at Highway Restaurant is always fantastic, and so is the atmosphere and service. Rosa is an incredible manager who makes everyone feel like they are family. One of the best restaurants in the Hamptons!

Highway restaurant in East Hampton offers a beautifully diverse menu created by Chef Justin Finney and his culinary team. The service team, including Peter, Rosa, Freddie, Arturo, and Julian, delivers exceptional Michelin caliber service. The chill atmosphere and friendly staff, especially Fred, make it a great spot to grab a drink or a bite to eat. The Thai chicken and veal prosciutto meatballs are highly recommended, along with the excellent drinks.
