“Haven't been in a long time. Was so pleasantly surprised on first that you had Harp on draft and that fact that was a fun place that day and burger was excellent. Bartenders were very busy but handled it like true professionals. Wait staff was working very hard. Will def be back again.“

“Came in for an open jam session, first time here. Haven’t been here in years. This place has changed so much for the better! Comfortable, almost homey vibe. Great fresh tasting food, and drinks. Amazing service as well. We were always checked on by staff. They have a cocktail menu too. Just wish they had a larger variety of wine, but spoke with maybe the manager/owner and he said he will be adding that as he is finishing renovations. Will definitely be back!“

“Food and atmosphere was great. Service was bad, the waitress asked us if it was out first time, we answered yes. She then tells us that its fine, shell give us more time and if we have questions let her know. We finish our drinks and she never came back to check if we needed refills, we had to get another waitress attention. We waited awhile after finishing our meal for the bill, almost as if we had been forgotten about. When she finally came over to process the payment, she handed the card machine with the tip already set to 25% and told us "just hit accept and proceed and your good". Besides the poor service the food was excellent.“

“We are long time patrons of this restaurant. Owners and management has changed over the years but the staff has stayed and true to their craft. Tonight we had a party of 16 and were treated like family. Not one missed step even with another large party and and a full house.“

“Farrells, West islip03/13/24Found myself meeting someone at Farrells, in West Islip, this evening..They called and canceled while I was waiting for them to show up, so I ate alone ?‍♂️I ordered the burger my usual medium rare, with cheddar, the bun toasted, and fries extra crispy..Holy Moly, was I surprised about how good this burger is.My surprise came from me never hearing from anyone that Farrells had a good burger!!!
