“We have enjoyed a consistently great experience dining at ChaChama Grill over many years. Mother's Day can be challenging for any restaurant to provide a level of service and selection that will satisfy expectations. Once again we had a wonderful three course dinner with excellent service. Our waiter was personable and professional. Everyone on the staff is congenial and accommodating. Each course was beautifully presented, and each dish was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. A local favorite.“

“Excellent Brunch for Mother’s Day! We never go out to eat on Mother’s Day as the restaurants are usually too overwhelmed. I am so glad we came to Shands General this year. The service was excellent and everything was extremely coordinated. The food was delicious and our party of 6 had a great time. Highly Recommend!“

“My mom and I hosted a baby shower here, just this past weekend, and we feel we need to scream from the rooftops just how amazing it was! The staff was phenomenal, anything we needed they were right there to help! The food was stellar and all of our guests were talking about how they wish they could load up to go containers from the buffet! If you ever have to throw an event, do yourself the favor and check them out! The owner is the nicest guy and really just went above and beyond to help make the shower perfect! “Recently celebrated our daughter’s 1st Birthday here. After researching many venues in the area we landed with the Grille. Jenn (the event coordinator) was extremely friendly, professional and informative from the moment I called her to inquire about the space. The venue is a dual space. You have the catering room as well as the bar area where there are pool tables and a dart board. Perfect for our guests in their 20s. The food and staff were amazing. I cannot rave enough about Amy, Jenn, Steve, Ernesto and Sabrina. They were all so helpful and accommodating during our event. Jenn was extremely attentive and made sure we had all our desires fulfilled, up until the morning of the party. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this establishment. Book them! You won’t regret it!“

“It's just an event space. Perfect for meetings and medium sized events. There was food served but it was catered by someone other then owners.

Parking: Location was difficult to find parking and the way the parking lot is very difficult to maneuver“

“Just found out the cafe has a menu full of gluten free options and tried it out. Amazing place and food was delicious! They have gluten free toast, buns, soups, desserts. My husband was excited to be able to have so many choices in a beautiful restaurant. Thank you! We'll be back for sure!“

“Watch Hill is a campground and glamping site inside Fire Island National Seashore, and it’s basically one of the most unique “nature stays” near New York City. You don’t get there by car—you take a ferry from Patchogue and then walk or use a wagon to reach your tent or campsite. The whole experience feels like a mix of beach escape, camping, and national park isolation.

It’s very popular in summer because of the ocean access, safari-style tents, and the fact that you’re staying right in a protected coastal wilderness area.“
