“We had Ponchito's Taqueria cater our son's graduation party on a Sunday — even though they are normally closed — and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was incredible — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. EVERYONE at the party raved about it, and there wasn’t a single taco left from the taco bar! Their team was friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. Thank you so much for your kindness, your amazing food, and for making this day extra special. The service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and most importantly, every single thing we ordered was even better than we anticipated. “We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“As far as fast food burger joints go, this is among the best in Syracuse, and I can count on one hand how many others are open 24/7 like this one is. While there can be a long wait in the drive thru, it's because they make the orders properly and I promise you the wait is worth it. Everything was fresh, and the order accuracy was 100% on point. I've worked in food service for 7+ years so when I see excellent service like this, I feel the need to shout it from the rooftops. I'll be going here more often.“

Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“
