“Okay first of all Mashallah 😍. I was born in the generation of Halalbee’s. First off, I got my order quickly! The man I spoke with had a mask on, and the restaurant was perfectly COVID compliant. The food?! AMAZING. Perfectly priced for the quality of what you’re getting. Definitely have the Double Decker with the Maple Beef Bacon! The Panko Chicken Nuggets were crispy, and fresh. The Truffle Fries were seasoned beautifully! Easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent portions! I’d love to shake the owner’s hand, but that will have to wait until social distancing is behind us! I’m definitely bringing all my friends, and recommending this spot to my coworkers! No food photo cause I legit inhaled my meal!“

“I've been here a couple of times and the employees are always nice, it's always clean, and the food is always tasty. The Burger is a little small but it's the perfect taste and texture. And to be frank, the size is just enough for me, it's a smashed patty style of burger; thickness is not the goal. I love their options for toppings and sauces and my fries, which is a pretty good portion as well, taste fresh as well. Will absolutely go back for a lunch on the go“

“We were headed from NJ to Westchester and looking for an early lunch in Nyack. This place IS A FIND!!! We both had the Main Street wrap and it was DELICIOUS. Place is clean (including bathrooms), great service and very reasonable prices. Look forward to coming back over the bridge just to eat there again.“

“I came here on a wednesday night with my wife after a day of travelling and our waitress Nia was very helpful. My wife had some questions about the menu and Nia was very knowledgeable. We don't eat out often and Nia helped us understand the promotions on the menu. The drinks were strong and did not taste watered down. Overall I am very happy with this experience. “Fine enough Smashburger. The food was good. We did receive reusable plastic cups for our drinks, since we ate in. Not everyone did, so that was weird. The girl who took our order was eating as she took our order, which was unexpected. She was nice enough though. There were not too many clean tables when we sat, but the same girl came to wipe them off when she had a chance. Football was on the two televisions, on a Sunday, which I guess is good for fans. Had a fine enough experience. The food is good so I would return.“

After visiting this location for a few more times, I can give a more accurate review. Initial review was during the first week this place opened up.

The burger is not bad, has all the classics ingredients for a regular burger but for me too little meat. For a better meaty burger I recommend getting two patties. The single patty burgers leaves me feeling unsatisfied.

The fries from the last few times I orders has been bad. They are shoestring cut fries and it seems like they fry a bunch ahead of time and keep them to the side until needed. Some of them are hard as a pretzel and others limp.

Unfortunately the wings seem like they suffer the same fate, but with less flavor. It’s not common to get un-breaded halal wings in the Bronx (most of them are the tiny breaded ones from your local halal deli), but they are missing some marinade or something to bring it alive, besides drenching it with sauce.

The crispy chicken sandwich was very oily, and definitely double fried. Which means it was half fried before and left to the side until a customer orders one and they re-fry them. This makes the chicken rubbery and the breading dark brown and oily. I rather wait a few more minutes for a made to order chicken sandwich.

Being raised in the neighborhood, I was excited to have this place open up and wanted to make it regular place I go, to get my fix, but they have to work on some quality control before they have me be a regular. I really hope they listen to the customers concerns and revamp their process in the kitchen. I really want to see local halal businesses like this one succeed but the food has to be up to par.

“Our server Matt provided us with a great experience. He was super patient with our family of 6 plus my sister in law. He even gave us a great suggestion that saved us a couple of bucks.

The food came out fast and was great. This really would’ve been a 5 star review had it not been for the manager/supervisor Jose. We had asked the hostess for a high chair and never received one. I had made eye contact with Jose for a minute or two and finally just flagged him down. Rather than just grabbing it himself he went to find the waiter who was busy punching in our order…just one suggestion Jose, lead from the front….support your staff and help fill in the gaps rather than talking up clients at the bar.“

“We got to the White Plains Farmers Market a bit late and Gaucho Burger Company was already sold out! So we did one better, walked around the corner for a delicious lunch at the restaurant itself. “White Castle is one of the resting stops my influencers go to as we have our day to chill from our work days. Here, the customer service is relaxed in the evenings and the place is quiet for the night. Their food is very good, and the orders are done promptly. Evenings are best in White Castle. No hassle.

Parking: In the evenings, parking is great. There is lots of space especially in the evening weekends.“

“Good place. I've been going to them since they opened. When they first opened, they were absolutely the best place to get a burger around. After a few months, they jacked their prices, quickly followed by their quality dropping big time. I've tried them a couple of times a year since, and I'm happy to say they seem to have gone back, at least somewhat, to the way they started. The prices aren't bad again and the quality has gotten much better again. They have a couple of tables with seats in the front, a few booths next to the kitchen, and a nice little backyard dining area. Service is good, but they are a family owned and operated place, so when it gets busy, you shouldn't expect drop of a hat type service.“
