“Just looking for an Almond Ring in Western New York. Found Eileen’s…oh my they did not disappoint! It was made just how I remember in my youth. When entering the bakery, the choices were bountiful. Peanut sticks, pastry hearts, bear claws, oh yum. Next time I’m in the area , it’s straight to Eileen’s. The location was easy to get to and hop back on the interstate or 400. Kudos to the friendly staff too.“

“Walking into this bakery and seeing that I could eat ANYTHING that I wanted -- that I didn't have to be scared that I'd get sick, that I didn't have to limit myself to just one or two items that might not even be what I wanted -- y'all, I almost started crying. Just the relief of it, and knowing that someone cared enough to turn their entire bakery gluten-free. That means so much more than you can imagine. And the food was so good that we went here three times during our week-long stay in the area. In fact, we plan to order from them and have it shipped to us now that we're back home. Highly recommended!“

“Went to EA today for a walk at Knox Farm State Park, then had a very enjoyable lunch with my two neighbors from Hamburg. It was a beautiful and warm day, so we ate on the rooftop - casual and pretty with patio umbrellas and lots of flowers. Our server was so friendly and attentive. We all enjoyed our delicious sandwiches, and the bakery items are amazing. Highly recommend this very nice restaurant and bakery!“

“This is a beautiful gem of a bakery. Coffee is good and serve-your-self. Lots of nice gourmet food selections. But the best are the baked goods. Everything I’ve had has been incredible. Especially the breakfast sandwich. Just wish they had more savoury breakfast food options.“

Parking: The store is very easy to get to. You can enter from the plaza, which is behind the store or from Transit road. This makes getting in and out of the parking lot very easy.“

“Wheatberry made my daughter's wedding cakes. An individual cake for every table at the reception. They were absolutely gorgeous, perfect in every way!! The taste was phenomenal, one of the best tasting cakes ever. “This is a take out donut place. So atmosphere is irrelevant. What is relevant is the fact that this place has the best donuts in Buffalo and surrounding area hands down. Yes, I think their donuts are better tasting than Paula’s. But you do have to get there before 10:00 or even sooner if you want a good selection. She does sell out fast. 👍👍👍“

“- Reciving opens at 7am, checked in at 7am for 8am delivery got a dock door right away but didn't start unloading couple minutes past 8am. Delivery took 1hr past appointment.- Strict SEAL policy, do not break seal without authorization.- Overnight parking on the side of the building.“

“I just tried my first Brian’s Best everything bagel. 5 stars. EXCELLENT! Definitely the best overall gluten free everything bagel I’ve ever had. No doubt about it. The fact that their bagels are also dairy free and made of natural, wholesome ingredients is really cool. I double toasted it. The bagel was nice and crunchy around the edges. The spice mix on top was that perfect everything bagel mix and didn’t fall off in the toaster. We were pleasantly surprised to see these amazing bagels are made in Cheektowaga! We can’t wait to check out the bakery in person. Great stuff Brian’s Best GF Bakery team! Killin it right here in WNY!“

“I was first introduced to this bakery's cookies at a fundraiser for Ten Lives Club, and both the design and the quality of the cutout cookies were fantastic! I love that they are involved in charity work for some really worthwhile organizations, so I'm happy to support that, and enjoy some delicious baked goods in the process! I recently placed my first order and sadly, I have no photos to share, but the presentation was very nicely done, with all of the cookies' ingredients and allergens very clearly marked. There was a large variety of flavors to chose from, and I'm excited to try cupcakes next! And finally, the owner's communication skills are excellent, she's very responsive and super friendly. Highly recommended!“
