“Ordered 3 times- first time, wings which were great. 2nd time, ordered 2 subs, got home and one was a completely different sub than what was ordered. Today ordered the works pizza. Told them peppers only on half. Asks me if I want sweet or hot peppers. I said, it says on the menu, you get both, but I only want them on half. I pick up and it has hot peppers on half, green peppers on the whole thing. When I said something I was told I said sweet on half. Uh, no I said peppers on half which means all peppers should only be on half and why is it my orders keep getting screwed up. Get home and the toppings were barely cooked. Peppers and onions were just about raw and the pepperoni was barely cooked.“

I really think you guys need a full-service bar with taps and interesting cocktails. I feel your business would skyrocket if you had a larger building that could accommodate a big boy bar. I’ve lived and traveled all over and one place that would be worth a visit for you is Savoy in West Hartford, CT. They nail the business model of artisan pizzeria and cocktail bar. “I’ve tried all the gluten free pizza around Buffalo, and this place has everyone beat. If it’s game day and everyone’s eating pizza, their gluten free pizza makes me feel like I’ve got what everyone else has!
It’s the only GF pizza that makes me feel like I’m actually eating pizza DOUGH, instead of some thin, flat excuse for a pizza.
(My mom who CAN eat gluten tried it, said it’s better than regular pizza!!)

We also live quite far, and their driver will kindly meet us for delivery as far as they will drive up Transit Rd! So so accommodating! I love you Grasso’s!! Keep slaying the game!

The pizzas are made in our cooler with gloves and cooked on a clean pan. After the pizza is cooked, it is not touched, it's placed in a box and we do not cut it. If you would like the pizza cut, my staff will grab a clean cutter and cut it. Any other questions please feel free to ask.”“

“Tried Mattinas pizza for the first time ever and it was very good. We ordered a Chicken Finger Sub and also a Pizza. The chicken fingers were very thick and meaty and seemed as if they may have been made in house but definitely good quality chicken fingers and at the usual price. Their pizza was very good and almost was reminiscent of Boccis club pizza, which in my opinion is a great thing. Their sauce was flavorful, and they had generous portions of topping.(I wouldn't have minded extra sauce and cheese, but it was good how it was). You cannot dine in which I was not expecting but was fine. The staff were friendly and constantly cleaning/ scraping the ovens between each pizza. I definitely recommend trying them out if you have never. They are worth it.

“Consistently great pizza, my favorite cheese and pepperoni in WNY. Generous subs, but not too much to ruin the balance of the sandwich. Service has always been great, they have messed up about 2 of our orders in the past 8 years, and have made it right no questions. I gave them a 5 for atmosphere just because - this is not a dine in restaurant, but it's always clean. Mad props to the guys and gals that work in a hot pizzeria for us!“

“Everything I've ever tried at Mayback's has been delicious. From the breakfast pizza to the regular pizza. This is one of the only places in the 716 that makes good chicken fingers (the honey mustard ones are divine) and a good cheese steak. The fish fry is the best I've had in years. If you want a real treat try the turkey sub with pickles and extra meat. The freshest salads I've ever had. Food is amazing, prices are great, and everyone who works there is friendly. They've got something for everyone. Easily my favorite place to get food in Buffalo.“

Apart from some unenthusiastic employees, I’ve never had a problem at Jet’s Pizza.

The owner of this location recently needed to shut down his second location on Delaware Avenue. Uh-oh. That doesnt look good for this location.

I really dont want to lose Jets Pizza in Buffalo, so support this location while you still can. The owner needs your support.

“This place is a hidden gem. The prices can’t be beat, period. $6 pizza on Wednesdays and it’s GOOD! $6 subs on Thursday?! Where else can you find that? Drinks are MORE than reasonable all day everyday and the weekend specials are unheard of. Large and 20 for under $30. Only gripe is the manager, but he’s rarely around. The bar staff is wonderful!“

“Okay I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the tastiest pizza I’ve had in a while. The wings are great too. I was a little apprehensive because I saw some bad reviews but now I have my own opinion. I think the staff are friendly and the food was ready fast. The sauce is really good it’s not too acidic and not sweet either. This is also the only place to provide a decent portion of carrots and celery with the order and not a dry dehydrated crusty bag of baby carrots. Nothing but good things tbh.“
