“Among the best dessert on this side of Jamaica. So many options! From Belgian waffles to bubble style, crepes stuffed or glazed donuts, cones, cups, etc to start. Then you get to the ice cream, signature options, my goodness. Absolutely superb. Service was friendly even at midnight and with a long line! The staff was patient, attentive and seem like they enjoy what they do. The spot itself is very clean, limited seating but what you would expect at a dessert spot. You would not be disappointed.“

“The Dubai chocolate brownie probably one of the best we had from crumbles. Pink sugar/red velvet was also great. My son crazy for crumble cookies sometimes I took a bites it’s really fulfilling . “Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

Terrence does not miss a single detail- from the quality of the coffee—to the matcha powder—to the innovative drink menu- to the hand-painted made in-house delicious chocolate truffles that fly off the shelves daily- to the warm and welcoming hip vibe that makes you feel like you’re sitting in a coffee shop in Greenwich Village. It’s also refreshing to see them support other small businesses in the area with an array of baked goods from St Rocco’s made especially for this store to fantastic local donuts. Great gift boxes filled with these heavenly chocolate bites are also available around the holidays. Easily one of my favorite gems I’ve discovered in the area so far (and yes, they blow away Karmic Grind).“

“Located in Tangram mall, this Matcha Cafe Maiko location is a great stop for a sweet treat. They have a couple kiosks where you can order at, and service is relatively quick considering how popular it can get.

They have a variety of matcha and other Asian drinks and cold desserts. Every month, they also have specialty flavors. When I went, I got their matcha and lychee parfait while my friend got their matcha soft serve. The parfait had so many different kinds of toppings and the portion was generous. Love their soft serve and I will definitely be coming back. (Their quality is also pretty consistent across locations!)“

“The snow cone flavors are amazing here. Fresh, great size, and delicious. One of the best West Indian snow cones I’ve had in NY. My kids and I love stopping in during the summer. We visit at least 7times for the summer. She also sells other items as well which you can take a look at while there getting a snow cone“

“Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices on Union Turnpike in Glen Oaks is my go to spot for a sweet treat, especially during the warmer months. With over 60 flavors, there’s truly something for everyone, from classic water ices to rich creme options.

Personally, I think their crème ices are the way to go cause of the smooth, flavorful, and totally nostalgic. Whether you’re into fruity, chocolatey, or somewhere in between, they’ve got you covered.

The service at this location is great. Friendly and efficient, even when the lines get long during peak summer hours. The ambiance is very relaxed, but just keep in mind that there’s no seating, it’s strictly takeout.

Also, note that this Ralph’s is seasonal, so make sure to get your fix while it’s open!

“Once inside, I find myself tasting all the treats in this veritable abbondanza of pastries, cookies, cakes and, of course, Teresa’s special Italian Ices. I’m especially partial to the Lilly with Nuts. It a uniquely New York flavor that Teresa captures so well. Although I’m not from the neighborhood, it certainly worth the trip. During one visit, I was fortunately confronted by a warm tray of freshly baked miniature sfogliatella sitting in parchment paper. I can still relish the experience. “I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?

“Ice cream on the beach. Thank you for being here. Every time we drive by I know one thing that makes me happy enjoying your ice cream while walking along the beautiful long beach. It is romantic for both the heart and the senses.

I enjoyed two scoops as the sun kissed the sky at sunset with birds playing in the gentle waves. But the ice cream melted so quickly that I barely had time to take a photo. I had to eat it fast and it started dripping onto my hands just a few steps down the beach. I wish it were a bit firmer like a popsicle so I could enjoy it more slowly.“

I believe the system on how they take orders for customers is designed to create a line so other potential customers will see & think what's going on over there. I believe it's a strategic advertising moving that comes at the expense of good people who just want to get the ices or ice cream & go home back to their respective lives. I truly hope that they read this post & think we have an excellent product that sells itself. we do not need to take this approach to get other potential customers to come to our establishment. Once you finally make it to front & and purchase, the servers are nice & pleasant & more importantly respectful. I asked one of them why the line like this & she simply replied this is the way they want it.“
