The whole experience was seamless, and they even delivered it right to my home, which was such a help. The cake itself was blue velvet with a cream cheese filling, and it was unbelievably soft, moist, and flavorful. Everyone at the shower kept asking where it was from! Eliza is one of the kindest, most professional employees I’ve encountered at Cold Stone in Scarsdale. She always greets with a smile, stays patient, and truly cares about customers.

It’s upsetting to see adults leave condescending reviews just because she clarified they don’t serve rolled ice cream. Being a teenager doesn’t make her any less capable & she consistently goes above and beyond.
